I have a 5 year old Sony 55” flat screen LED TV that shut down every 10 seconds and with 4 red blinks indicator, I’ve been called at least 5 places to asked about the problem and no one able to give me a straight answer of what’s going on, one of the place I called even advised me the my TV is unfixable and asked me to buy a new one instead, normally I would take his advices but because of the pandemic and money income is tight so I was keep on trying. Another place even try to charge me $45 Just for inspection.And another place asked to leave my phone number and promise to call you back in a few hours and never heard of them again.I didn’t know it was that difficult try to have your TV repair until now. Luckily I didn’t give up and found this place on my last resource and talk to Rolando one of the technician at J&J Tv. His give me a straight answer of what could be the possibility of the problem but he can’t be sure until he open it to look inside for free charge of inspection. He sounded very professional over the phone so I decided to bring my TV over and let him take a look. 2 hours later my TV is fixed with a fair and affordable price. Red flag1 there no front entrance to the shop.Red flag 2 all service is done in the back of the building. Dropped my Yamaha receiver off on a Tuesday. The next day he called me for pick up. I was happy and excited to take my receiver home. Plugged everything up not only I had the same issues . He caused another issue feeling a little down, I Contemplated on taking it back. Not listening to my better judgment I took it back. I expressed the issue to the tech he said would repair it. Two weeks later I pick up my receiver with the same issues. I honestly think he had my receiver just sitting there for that duration of time. I feel like I was scammed out my money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Now I have to spend extra money finding a place to fix my receiver...

Absolutely Thrilled !! Free Estimate (if brought in), & I had my mom’s Flat screen Fixed same day @ very reasonable price; & I wanted a 2nd opinion on my smaller smart TV, which was not worth fixing, so I purchased a 40” Vizio to replace it, also at a very reasonable price 😃👍. And I can now read the cable menu !! I could never afford a new 40”, but this one was a Repaired to sell, & I couldn’t be happier !! Staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient with those not tech savvy, and Honest. I know it’s hard to trust someone new, who won’t scam or swindle when you’re in need of help.
