I never write reviews, never really take the time for this but today i just had to! Ive Been coming here because, although they’re not the most friendly per say, they are helpful with everything and load up your car. Today I walked in and the lady that helped me was not the greatest. Older lady working at 1:50pm short dark hair, it’s too bad i didn’t Catch her name. Walked behind me to my car and stands there staring at me. Hmm ok so i started Loading the bags and she tells me “you can take the whole box” hmm okay LADY!!!! If she had no intention to help me out as they’ve always have why not give me multiple bags instead of loading the entire grocery in one box which clearly pregnant I’m going to struggle to pick it up. She stood there not even offering to help me hold 1 side. Watched me struggle to load my car. I get They don’t have to load (which they have always helped me load) then why make it very heavy. No empathy. These type of people should r be employed at a place where customer service is a huge characteristic to hold in this position. My wife and I had a bad experience there, 2 of the workers there were very rude one looked like she really didn’t want to be there. I don’t blame them but don’t take it out on the customers, my wife usually goes there and they don’t help her load the stuff like all the other mother stores she’s been to, she continued to go there because the convenience that it is close to home. The grocery stores didn't have the formula I was getting anymore but Mother's still had the 4 cans that I needed. I also got a free bag of guavas. I had forgotten that they give you a gift when you shop with them. My kids loved the guavas. I'm def going to start shopping...
