Arenal Fitness is an amazing place to work out. I have been a member for almost 18 months. The owners Donna and Lauren have made Arenal a place to call home. The trainers go above and beyond to make sure you have all the knowledge and tools you need before you begin your workout and encourage you to be your best every time. CrossFit training was something I was anxious about starting, not knowing if I could keep up and if I would be willing to push myself outside my comfort zone. With the help and the constant encouragement from the dedicated trainers, as well as other members, I have achieved results beyond my wildest expectations. Arenal Fitness has also helped me with my tennis game. I have never played as well as I have since I started working out at Arenal. On July 19, 2019, my USTA team will be playing at the Regionals. This will be my first experience playing at this level and one that I will truly be forever grateful to Arenal Fitness for all their constant support in helping me achieve this amazing goal. I can truly say with all my heart, I love working out at Arenal Fitness and look forward to every WOD. Arenal Fitness is amazing. Before I started taking classes here, I thought Crossfit was only for those really fit, badass, super athletic people. I never thought Crossfit was for me. But I started going realized it's totally not like that. Especially not here. Everyone is SO nice. The trainers work with you to make sure you are educated and working out at a level that is best for you. I love the group classes so much. I feel motivated and have fun the entire time. I never thought I'd be someone who went to Crossfit, but here I am, going to classes and loving it so much! Makes me feel like my goal of getting into shape is actually attainable. Thank you...

I've never been much of a "gym guy", but at 38, I knew I had to give it one more shot. I'm so glad I decided to go with Arenal Fitness. The fact that there is ALWAYS a trainer close to me to help fix my ridiculously bad form is really helpful. Great mix of people as well, from Army dudes on leave all the way down to...well...me! It's actually fun---never thought I'd be saying that. ...
