I made my mobile order through the app for 1pm. My lunch break is approximately 30 minutes and I work at one of the banks in the local area. I arrived at chipotle at 1:05pm to pick up my food. When I opened the bag I noticed I didn’t have a fork already packaged, no problem. I went inside to ask for a fork and the young lady literally just tried to hand me a fork for me to walk outside with in the rain. I asked her for a napkin nonetheless, I just thought this was gross and unsanitary. When I got my food and began eating it, I noticed that it wasn’t even warm and on top of that, I got chicken in my burrito bowl and not the double steak I ordered/paid for! I was annoyed because now I’m 10-15 minutes into my lunch break and I couldn’t even enjoy my (preordered) food because of mistakes. I walked inside and spoke with an older gentleman that seemed like he was some sort of upper management, judging by his attire. I told him my issue with my food and requested for it to be remade but due to the time I asked if I could come back in the afternoon instead. He tried to over talk me and began putting on gloves when I was trying to explain I didn’t have time to wait at the moment. All he said was “sure no problem, you work at the bank?” I replied yes I do “okay no problem I’ll let them know” I then asked him, don’t you need my name?” I’m thinking, how are the teammates going to know which patron you’re talking about. He then responded and said “nah, you're the girl that works at the bank, so I’ll let them know “girl from the bank” is picking up later”. I just looked at him and said ok. He didn’t even say I’m sorry, have a nice day or try to accommodate me in any other way and show some remorse or even basic customer service. He is a sorry excuse of a manager and very unprofessional, to refer to a patron as “girl who works at the bank” is so incredibly impertinent. I’m so displeased with the disreputable service I received from this chipotle that came from a manager. When I came back luckily a nice woman named Melissa actually APOLOGIZED for their mistake and remade my food. As far as the sanitation goes, this chipotle is doing terrible, I watched a young man prepare this lady’s quesadilla, put it in the griller in the back of the restaurant, and carry the open quesadilla in his HANDS back to the front out in the open. I was so disgusted! This chipotle needs to do better and hire better crew members and MANAGEMENT! Just do better. I’m expecting to...
Read moreWould give this 0 stars if I could. Ordered catering for nurses week- 35 people. We preordered it on Monday and to have it delivered. It got here on time. The delivery driver said they spilled one of the rice. No biggie, was going to let it go. Once we unboxed everything we had enough to feed literally 10 people. Missing rice, chicken, cheese, queso, and sour cream. We also were only given half the amount of bowls asked for. We called Chipotle, the employee said "not our problem, thats doordash". We placed the order online with Chipotle and they used doordash to deliver and we explained that to her and she said again, not her problem....was super rude about it too. Meanwhile, in the background there was a recording going on about how to give customer service lol. Anyways, we called Doordash, but because we didn't place the order directly with them, they were unable to help. By this point all of the staff is on lunch with NO LUNCH.... called corporate and after being on hold 30 minutes, they said they'd send a new driver. We asked if we could just pick it up instead because that would be faster. They put us on hold, called the store, and confirmed pick up was fine. Our employee went there and the store had no clue what was happening and was unaware. She had to wait another 30 minutes and said they would not give us the rice because it was the drivers fault. We ended up getting the rice and rest of the food. Minus the sour cream... By the time she got here the staff had gone back to work. THANKS FOR THE AWFUL SERVICE FOR...
Read moreIf you are hungry and expect the usual chain portion... pick another location. If you get anxious ordering at any Chipotle.... this is the best location to go. We usually use several different locations but decided to give this one a try. So our family of 4 used this location 3 times in the last 30 days with our last visit being today. Food has been consistently cold and under cooked. Portions are only 50% of other Chipotle in the Pikesville, Owings Mills and Towson area. I can't and will not spend $20-$40 per visit and still have my family raid the out fridge because everyone is still hungry. Even the kids meal was a snack ( more cardboard then food) for our tiny elementary schoolers and she asked for more food after she ate hers. Never happened at any other location. One plus point is that this location has been very clean on a consistent basis and the atmosphere inside when ordering is very calm and relaxed. Not as hectic as other locations even during the lunch rush. It's a shame because it's our neighborhood Chipotle but not worth my...
