Ordered delivery a few weeks ago, although I have friends who regularly go here and rave about it. The steak and cheese sub is on point. It is enormous, overflowing with delicious steak and lots of toppings. There was so much steak, it was spilling out of the sub onto my plate! My friend wanted lasagna, and that's what I ordered. The delivery driver was there to pick up and deliver my order, but when she found out they didn't have lasagna, she was unable to fulfill it. This is the reason for the decrease in star rating. As soon as the order came in, the restaurant should have contacted me to offer an alternative choice. I ended up ordering baked ziti on the fly, knowing that my order would take longer to prepare. The gluten-free pizza ordered by another friend came out perfectly done, and with the toppings she wanted. Although I have not eaten at this location yet and I'm not familiar with the ambiance, I plan to visit here soon. I recommend visiting or getting carry-out. I'm so sad. Last year, I had gone a few times and their pizza is so good- originally from NY - we know good pizza.

Once the pandemic hit, they went downhill. Not sure if there are new owners or entirely new staff, but they were very dysfunctional once they opened.

They say curbside, but not the case. Then had to wait longer because they messed the order up. On top of that, there is no customer service. Asked if they could throw something extra in for a special milestone birthday, and said NO flat out. Couldn't even give $1.50 cannoli? Seriously.

Only good part is that they did give a discount for messing the order up and causing us to wait.

The pizza wasn't the same quality. I hope they return to their former great selves after this is over - until then, I gotta find...

In a post-covid world it's nice to finally be able to grab a delish slice of pizza with my family and enjoy ourselves outside-- the fact that I can bring our service dog Miss Zara with us makes it a no brainer to come here on a weeknight when I don't feel like cooking!! The seating area is perfect for social distancing especially since we all eat without a mask so it's nice to feel safer and still socialize 😁 as for the actual pizza; I'm a lifelong NYer and I have always eaten the BEST pizza in the city-- I have to admit, this does come very very close!
