AVOID AVOID AVOID the physical therapy site at all costs. I ended up going to a better therapy site making faster and more productive progress. Billing is incorrect when comparing my billed charges to what insurance says it should be. Physical Therapist was very rude and did not want to follow the surgeon’s written instructions after surgery. Said “I have a license and know what I am doing” disregarding explicit post operative restrictions. Therapist documented performing treatments that were not performed. Notes were obtained and reviewed so I am aware what he documented. When asked to remove any charges for those items the phone was hung up on me by billing representative Melissa. I was not given the name of a physician or other supervising person to speak to about my concerns (other than the therapy manager) just hung up the phone. Beautiful shopping center around a beautiful lake in which you can spot a plethora of wild life. There are bike and walking trails around the entire lake which is perfect for a Sunday afternoon with the family. At night, it is illuminated by lamps which makes it a perfect setting for a couple to go out and sit to talk. There are large parking lots in the back with multitudes of parking spaces as well. Nice for sitting by the lake, taking in a sunset or Al fresco dinner. NOT great for a jog (which is why I came). You can not actually circle the lake as there are private residences at one end and a private pool house at the other. I jogged from the pool house and back and it was about one mile. Bummer. I'll come back sometime to read a book and have a coffee though.
