Starbucks — Restaurant in Pikesville

This is the worst Starbucks that I can ever remember. I told the guy at the counter that they were out of toilet paper in the bathroom. He told me that he take care of it when he could get around to it. They were two guys behind the counter taking one order. One of them could have gone and taken care of the restroom. But instead they didn't give a damn all they wanted to do was stand there and take money, not help people who needed them. There is a contract between customers and Starbuck to give a good cup of coffee and clean restrooms. Clean restrooms includes keeping toilet paper in there. These clowns today just didn't care. But I gave him a two stars because the coffee was okay. Just the service at the place wasn't. I hope the manager reads these reviews because he or she has got a problem. When you see staff this sloppy and lazy and contemptible it usually means that the manager is not doing their job. Hey...

My stepdad ordered 4 warmed brownies for my family and I online, and i walked in. The lady at the register working there (Sarah), says “Omg someone ordered four brownies,” as if she was shocked and annoyed. And I said “Dang sorry” and she says “Oh, that was you” I replied yes. She said “I’m only saying that because we don’t have them, I can give you a refund or give you something else you’d like” I told her i’ll ask my step dad and he went in and came out with four brownies. He said the same last (Sarah) said they have them they just didn’t warm them. So it led me to the realization that she noticed she made an inappropriate and unprofessional comment and tried to cover her butt by saying the only reason she made the comment was because they didn’t have any. Really weird experience because even if they weren’t warmed she still could’ve...

I ate a egg and cheese veggie wrap from them and within 20 minutes became violently ill. I was so sick that I had to have my boyfriend call to let them know about this and the manager was VERY rude and immediately claimed it wasn't from them ( even though this was the ONLY think I had to eat all day). She didn't even stop to say " Oh I am so sorry, or let me look into this." Just a firm " NOPE, it wasn't us".

I continued to be sick and had to go to emergency care with the diagnosis of, big surprise, FOOD POISONING.

This was the SICKEST I had ever been and it lasted for 4 days. I am reporting them to the health department so this NEVER happens to anyone else, especially the elderly...
