😡😡😡😡😤This Saturday 14 I was visiting your store in macys Florida mall k saw this set for the price listed in the picture under I then proceeded to ask the lady working there if the price is for the set to make sure and she then reply saying “yes” I said I’ll take it and she brought a book once she scan the set the price didn’t match sow she went to the I assume the “manager “ and let me waiting for around 15 min then the manager comes back to tell me the price is wrong and that I can’t have the set for the price listed in that moment she turned around and left then after having me wait for 10 more minutes I saw the girl that was helping me helping another person so I was a bit confused then they send a third person to help me and I end up waisting almost one hour just waiting for them to tell me I had to pay full price this is ridiculous I hope u guys can help me out I wasn’t asking for discounts or nothing “””I just wanted the product for the price it was listed “””with this please I’ve been a consumer for a long time and this is just disappointing I will be leaving a pretty bad experience review on that location this is not right and I hope u guys can...

Worst experience ever. customer service is terrible, I purchased a bracelet for my sister and in less than a month it lost color, turning into a yellow ish color. I took it back they said it’s my fault for leaving it in the pandora box, . The box they gave it to me when i bought it. I explained I brought it in the box for safekeeping.
