El peor servicio al cliente en mi vida, Angelo Gerente Sunglass Hut Florida Mall ,solo se preocupo por sus ventas y que los números de la tienda no se afecten , el cliente no tiene ningún valor y fue bien grosero fui a devolver unas gafas me dice que están guayadas que no la puedo devolver le digo como salió la gafa de la tienda se devolvió jamas se usaron me dijo que no podia hacer nada que me tenia que quedar con la gafa con solo 5 días de comprada en su tienda fue una falta de respeto parece que no había vendido nada y sus números estaban bajitos y no quería tener un negativo de una devolucion nos trato muy mal no nos dio opciones fue una falta respeto tan grande para mi y mi esposo yo salí llorando y mi esposo con dolor de pecho la gafa al final no tenia ningún rayado la lleve otra tienda de sunglass hut las verificaron junto conmigo me indicaron que las gafas estaban en perfectas condiciones me hicieron la devolución sin ningún problema y muy profesionalmente. Sr Angelo No esta capacitado para llevar esa tienda RH deben revaluarlo van a perder mucho clientes mientras el este a cargo de esta tienda. Evite esta tienda a toda costa, No le deceo esta experiencia a nadie...

Nosotros compramos 3 gafas en esta semana con sunglass hut una sola devolución a si es el trato cero valor al cliente el Sr Angelo Gerente Sunglass Hut en Florida Mall Pésimo en su trabajo no conoce el concepto de Servicio al Cliente .....

The worst customer service in my life, Angelo Manager Sunglass Hut Florida Mall, he only cares about his sales and that the store numbers are not affected, the customer has no value and he was very rude I went to return some glasses he tells me that they are guayadas that I cannot return it to him I say how the glasses came out of the store, they were returned, they were never used, he told me that he could not do anything that I had to keep the glasses with only 5 days of purchase in his store, it was a lack, it seems that he had not sold anything and his numbers were Short and did not want to have a negative of a return, he treated us very badly, he did not give us options, it was such a great lack of respect for me and my husband, I left crying and my husband with chest pain, the glasses at the end did not have any scratches I took another sunglass hut store verified them together with me they indicated that the glasses were in perfect condition they made the return to me without any problem and very professionally. Mr. Angelo is not qualified to run that store. RH must revalue it, they are going to lose a lot of customers while he is in charge of this store. Avoid this store at all costs, I do not wish this experience to anyone ...

We bought 3 glasses this week with sunglas hut a single return to if the treatment is zero value to the customer. Mr. Angelo Sunglass Hut Manager at Florida Mall Terrible at work, he does not know the concept of Customer...

Just experienced the worst customer service from “Sidney” at Sunglass Hut - Florida Mall, Orlando, Fl. My daughter was told by “Sidney” to stop walking in & & out the store if she wasn’t making a purchase. My daughter was waiting for me to arrive to make 5 purchases for gifts so she stepped out looking for me & returned inside the store. When I comforted Sidney she was very snugged & proudly stated her Management gives her authority to say that to any customer. Even when I arrived to the store it took moments for Sidney to come from a back room so apparently it was an inconvenience for Sidney to come from the back room multiple times. Nobody was inside the store other than us who came there to make several purchases. I really hope Management will address this but probably not - however I intend to blast much more on social media...

Everytime I've gone in this store, the employees have been nice. The most recent time, the employee was very knowledgeable about all of the sunglasses and helped tremendously. I don't recall his name, but he was great. He even offered to clean the sunglasses I was wearing. The store only sells expensive sunglasses, so buyer beware. You'll be spending a good chunk of money. But if that's what you're interested in, it's definitely a great store to see what all of the best brands are...
