GameStop — Local services in Pine Castle

I've never shopped at this store, but feel the need to give massive Kudos to a young man named Kree (sorry if I mispelled). Today 12/29/2018 we went to the FL Mall for unrelated shopping around 5pm a fight ensued at the Food Court & there was massive chaos all over the place. When I finally was able to reach my family which was sheltered at another store we had to wait for police & 1st responders to help people that were hurt. Around 30 to 45 mins after the 1st incident a second round of "shots" (around 10 fast pops) went of again, this time we were able to exit through a service door & hid behind a dumpster. Then comes this amazingly selfless young man & seeing us in distress offered to help us, because my 8 yrs old grandchild couldn't run as fast as we could he asked if he could carry her to safety. Kree protected us like we were family, escorted us far away from the situation & then went back to try and help others and his colleagues. We have not enough words to praise this young man's selfless act. I hope one day I can meet with him again and thank him personally. Thanks Kree from the bottom...

This is a joke...I did purchased some items to pick up at the store and delivery at home online and I regretted so much, because now I have to wait whenever they want to process my order even that a have a confirmation #that I purchased and I was supposed to have my items yesterday and is another day evening and no orders show in my gamestop account, I am very frustrated because I have to wait to get my stuff, next time that I want to get something I will go to the inside store and buy from there....I don't know what's going on but online purchased is a headache and is not complicy as they advertised....I recommend you to buy anything inside the store 😣😣😖😖😤😤😤😩😩😩how come you paid for a order to get it the same day and is being almost 2 days and they haven't processed my order yet...unbelievable... update, they canceled my orders with out letting me know, no apologies for the Inconvenience and the wasted of time....I thought that this was a professional company, I just bought the same games at Amazon for almost the same price 🤷‍♂️🙄and arriving same day purchased wow....what a...

First of all they need to answer there phone, i have call almost 20-25 times and everytime it goes to no answer. Second of all they need to pay attention to there job I placed a order at 2:35 pm to be delivered same day to be delivered at 8 pm, I placed the order and pay extra for same day delivery, i received a confirmation that the order has been placed and it's been prepared almost 5 hours pass by time frame of delivery it's getting closed and not even one notification of your order it's out for delivery. Right now it has all ready pass the delivery time frame and i bet you they won't do nothing tours my late delivery and will be receiving my order probably tomorrow who knows. It's unbelievable that website and everything gives you a full confident of when it will arrive bit no status nor a phone answer to make sure that my order will be shipped out or a even a call from GameStop to at least notify me that it will be late. It's absurd that I placed a order way on time to make sure it gets prepared and to...
