U-Save-It Pharmacy — Local services in Pine Mountain

This pharmacy is absolutely the best ! Our pharmacy is a very integral part of our community , serving us residents for so so many decades . I remember going in with my Mama as a child and her buying me some snacks and a glass bottle of Coke as we wait for prescriptions to be filled . Mr. Charles is such a wonderful man and an excellent pharmacist that has been a major blessing to the health of so many people , including myself . As he went into semi- retirement , he passed the torch on to another great man , our current pharmacist Mr. Josh . These two men and the staff , those there now and those that are no longer there have been prolific , with making sure the residents and guests of our lovely town are in our best health , safe and heard ! Very poor customer service. I recently moved to the area and had prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. 4 days later I called to check on the status of the prescription and was put on hold then hung up on twice. When I called back the girl answering the phone had an attitude and told me they were very busy. This was at 9:30 on a Saturday morning so I drove to the store and there was only one customer inside. Mainstreet looked like a ghost town. I was told they could not fill my prescription because they could not get the medicine. In a situation like this it would be nice to get some type of notification so if need be other arrangements can be made. I...

Let me start off by saying this: I've been a customer of alot of pharmacy's in the past and none of them could even try to have the customer service or the feeling like I'm the only customer that they have. Everytime I go in or call they give me there undivided attention that is rarely found in other pharmacy's if at all.
