We were let in at 11:30 am to set up a birthday for a 9 year old, the park opens at 12pm but according to policy they let parties in 30 min early to set up. The employee opened the door at exactly 1130 for us, and we 3 moms carried in the cupcakes and party supplies. The floor was being mopped by another employee, and the mother of the birthday girl, who is disabled by the way, slipped and fell right before we got to the table and dropped half her cupcakes and seriously hurt herself. Luckily I was able to rush to a nearby Publix and PAY for another 20 cupcakes, but I think the most important thing about this is to add THE GIRLS DID NOT HAVE A WET FLOOR SIGN ANYWHERE IN SITE!! The mother didn’t even notice the floor was wet because it’s so shiny in the first place. She is in a lot of pain right now but has to host this birthday party anyways. I would also like to add that the employee who let us in said “I’m so sorry” and not one person has been by to address the issue or anything. They even tried to make her pay for the table cloth set up, but I left and am unsure of that outcome. All I know is I will never come here and pay for anything this place has to offer and management should be ashamed and embarrassed for how they are treating this poor woman. Someone older than 16 should at least go over and apologize or offer her SOMETHING. No one even asked her if she’s okay. Just pitiful

EDITED: you’re just mad because we’re calling you out as a company, an employee even questioned her about whether the bruise was there before we got there. I’m sorry, I don’t normally post publicly because I rely on my reviews too, but it still was handled unprofessionally. At least you gave her a discount, and you might wanna check the cameras because no employee helped her up, I helped her up. Now I’m definitely never taking these...

Way too expensive to be a regular outing with my kids. I have three. I paid $100 for them to jump for 90 minutes. I wish they had shorter passes than 90 minutes because, with a trampoline at home the kids get tuckered out after half an hour. But I guess that's how they make their money. The socks are expensive too but if you have an old pair of CATAPULT socks, they let you trade them in for free. I guess if you only have one or two children then the membership might be the way to go as it's $20 a kid a month other than that I probably won't be making this a regular thing. It's my daughter's birthday today so I figured I would treat them. There are some arcade games here which are probably overpriced and some uncomfortable picnic tables. It's really cold in here I had to go back out and get a sweater and then are massage chairs. But, like a previous review mentioned, I wish there was something for the parents to do then just sit here. I'm an active person and to sit here for 90 minutes is going to be tough. I thought I would be jumping with my kids because they mentioned on the phone it's $10 for parents however that's only if your child is 7 years or younger. So now I'm here with no book or anything to do just going to wait here for 90 minutes. I understand the safety concern other parents are...

We went to give the kids some time to jump around and get some energy out while it was cold outside. It was so much fun that we jumped around too! They have a large indoor open bounce-house material play area. Go carts are in the back. They offer a way to be harnessed in the rafters and climb around supervised, and one at a time-you pay extra for that. They have climbing walls, slides, ball pit, and a few open jump areas. We liked it so much that we took advantage of the 3 month membership! It's clean and well staffed. The manager is very sweet as well. Compared to Sky Zone, the trampoline park, Catapult is more affordable, and we had just as much fun, if not more, at Catapult. I can tell they offer party packages, but we haven't had a part there. There are also lots of massage chairs for the parents lol, and arcade games as well for the kids. I recommend getting a locker to put your items in. You can purchase drinks there from a staff member behind the counter. They're not crazy overpriced like you would assume. We will be back! Looking forward to...

Our active toddler LOVES Catapult Adventure Park in St. Pete. It is a huge indoor bounce house park where kids of all ages can run, jump, and climb for hours. They also have a ball pit, slides, video games, and a climbing course for older kids. If you go with your little one, I highly recommend sticking with them at all times so that the older kids don’t accidentally collide with them. FYIs: Save time by signing an annual waiver online ahead of time. Catapult grippy socks are required. Outside food and drink are not permitted but they have not had a problem with us bringing in our diaper bag and sippy cup.
