These guys are AWESOME! If I could give them a MILLION stars, I would! I can't even begin to tell the whole story on how they helped me with my car. Rich, Ricky and Josh really know what they are doing and will go to the ends of the earth to help you. I went in one evening just to check them out. Rich was really great from the second I walked in the door and when he looked at my car. I have a fantastic 1991 Red Celica GT Convertible that I just purchased from the original owner. She's in awesome shape and I wanted to have the stereo system upgraded. Rich looked under the hood and saw some "interesting" things done to the electrical system. I had them put in a subwoofer, second amp, new back speakers, and some other things that were needed to control the power. When he had Ricky start to install the items, he saw how funky all the wiring was to the stereo system. Over the years, different people installed different components and it was now a hot mess. I had Ricky rewire the whole system and move all the components to the trunk. All through the process, these guys were PHENOMENAL! Rich even walked to a nearby store in the rain to get a wire to connect my phone to the stereo! Just one example of over and above customer service. And I noticed they do that for everyone who comes in the door, not just the high spenders. As the evening went on, more issues were found and we discovered some wonky things done to the electrical system that were not only stupid, but unsafe! So, after about 5 hours and a pizza and wing dinner, we decided to call it a night and I left the car there. THEY DROVE ME HOME! It was decided that the whole electrical system needed to be redone because it was currently bypassing the car’s fuse box! Don’t even ask why. We don’t know why. Not only did Ricky do a great job with the rewiring, he cleaned up all the other messy wiring, including the alarm system - he even disabled one feature that I didn’t want active. They kept me updated on the progress over the few days they had it. They spent A LOT of time on it. I was kind of worried about the cost of rewiring the car, and when I went in to pick it up, I was THRILLED at how reasonable it was. In fact, I liked working with them so much, I went ahead and had them put in show LED lighting in and under the car, LED bulbs in the taillights, and other things. I had Josh work on the wiring to one of the back windows and we came up with a snag. We needed a part for it and of course they don’t make them anymore. So, Josh looked high and low for the piece, spending a great amount of time they hardly charged me for (if they even did). This is just a small part of the whole story. I could go on and on! Every part of the way I was really impressed with them. I ended up spending about $1750 on everything and it was worth it. I’m even going back for more. Go in there and check them out before going anywhere else. Their stereos are the REAL ones, not the cheap versions you get at the big box stores like Walmart and Best Buy. I wish I could give this place more stars! I have been shopping around for the last couple of years looking for someone who could upgrade the stereo in my 2005 Dodge Viper. The prices have been rediculous until I came here. JC gave me a great price right up front and we scheduled it. After dropping off my car JC called me to let me know that the inside of my dash was all cracked and broken, but he would see what he could do. He sent me pictures and I could not believe the damage that was hidden inside of the dash. Even the inside of my doors were broken and missing screws. I stopped in a couple of times to check on how things were going, and the installers let me know where things were and all of the extra work they were doing to make things right. They had my car about 3 or 4 days then called me to let me know it was done. Now at this point I knew the price was going to be higher than quoted do the the amount of extra time and effort put it to make things right. I showed up to pick up my car and it looked and sounded AMAZING! These guys are the best. I couldn't believe the transformation. Then it came time to pay the bill... it was the exact price that JC quoted me days before and not a penny more! With all of the extra work they did I was sure I would get hit with some extra charges, but he stuck with the original quote. I payed my bill,, happily tipped the installers and thanked them for the great job. Thank you Discount Auto Tunes you did awesome and you have earned a customer for years and years to come. I could not be more satisfied with the work these guys did to my car!!

It started off with me replacing my blown out subwoofers for new ones. Big John helped me out with finding the right woofers for my car (two Phoenix Gold 12" SX's to be exact). As a salesman, I can't help but be impressed when someone knows their craft, and with how Big John talked about stereo systems and my subwoofers, you would have thought he had built them.

It gets better...

Once some time passed, I decided to do a custom enclosure for my subwoofers to eliminate trunk rattle (which Big John also taught me about). Malcolm built my box, and the woofers sound absolutely amazing! I truly feel like I've been missing out on all these years of just having a ported box instead of custom enclosure. He did an amazing job!

And for the icing on the cake...

I decided it was time to replace my old Alpine R's and S's for some super speakers to compliment my super subwoofers. What better way then to go with Phoenix Gold speakers as well (TI 3's in the front, and TI's in the back). Mike installed my speakers, and you could tell he knew installation like the back of his hand. Once again, stellar job!!

All in all, I spent a pretty penny for the equipment and installation of my system, and I still feel value outweighed price. These guys are truly the best! All the crew members are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the prices were fair, and the installation is top notch!
