Vivek Flowers — Local services in Piscataway Township

I was asked to pick up flowers, including garlands, for a Hindu wedding, from Vivek Flowers. The flowers had been ordered by my relative a couple of weeks earlier, and a deposit had been paid. When I got there at the time Vivek Flowers instructed, to pick up the flowers, the garlands were not ready, and the lady behind the counter seemed clueless about the order. I was told to come back in 15 minutes so that the garlands could be made ready - they had to be customized, which was why the order/deposit was made two weeks earlier. I gave them even more time than they requested, and came back in about 45 minutes. The garlands were still not ready. I had to leave for the wedding venue, and Vivek Flowers was taking its own sweet time! It was really frustrating and nerve-wracking. When the garlands were finally ready, another flower garland that they brought out, that was ordered for a Ganesha statue (for the same wedding), looked half dead. I made them get me another one from the back. Their bad attitude and lack of apology made matters much worse, and left a very bad impression with me, about their professionalism. But on the positive side, I must say that after all the delay and the chaos, they packed the flowers well in a foam box, and the bride was happy with the final set of flowers and garlands. But I personally would not give Vivek Flowers my business, and I would especially be wary of depending on them for an important and time-sensitive event...

I recently visited Vivek during the festive season, and I was excited to explore their offerings. The store had a warm and inviting ambiance, filled with beautiful decorations and an array of items for puja. I was particularly impressed with their collection of brass diyas, the variety of incense sticks available and specially fresh Jasmine flower. i meet with one of the staff there, her name is Pravalika she was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the right items for my puja, with her suggestions being spot on! Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Vivek Flowers. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality puja supplies! I would rate my experience a solid 5...

The quality of betal leaves and rose flowers was so bad. They packed and dint even allow me to see even though I found couple of leaves were bad as it was visible cover while about to open she just told I added extra and packed telling no to worry.. After reaching home i found she kept all spoiled leaves in between and packed it. When we call them they say they have all the items we mentioned but after reaching we could see they don't have few items with them and they suggest us you can buy these here and few from other shop. The quality I brought from oak tree branch is good but in stelton road it's completely bad. Better I would have went to Balaji flowers instead...
