Currently sitting in the parking lot l got here 30mins before closing and l’m not allow to come in because they are doing shipments they are doing SHIPMENT ORDERS!!!! That was the cop out, on top of that the computer operates the entire so store was the rebuttal to the fact that there are two computers that could be done on one. I think because l was black they made this decision which is rude and inconsiderate to someone planning to spend money especially with the fact that the manager wants to close 30mins early due the store not making any money-contradiction at it’s finest and poor judgement. If that’s the case WHAT ARE YOU ORDERING???!! Furthermore store hours are NOT posted if there is a shift in hours due to COVID-19. Overall...

I never really shop at this store because I heard bad things about it but because I couldn't find the straightener I was looking for I went here I bought one that was $80 I went home I tried it the next day and it didn't heat up so I went back today to try to exchange it at least and because I didn't have my receipt they wouldn't even exchange it I will not go back to the store I wasn't trying to return it I just wanted to exchange it for one...

Called the store about 3/4 times!

First time it rang they picked up and immediately hung up on me the other 3 times they didn’t even bother answering, you guys need to hire people who actually want to work for your company otherwise you’ll just keep loosing costumers & money!!!!
