Charm Thai Pgh is one of the ghost kitchens that operate inside of The Mill Food Co. We started with the crab rangoon and chive pancake. Both were delish and we found ourselves oohing and aahing over the chive pancake. The texture was pleasing and flavor was amazing. Next we had the fried rice and chicken and pad thai. Holy smokes, the pad thai was pure joy, one of the best I’ve ever had. Rasa shared that the noodles are freshly sourced and delivered daily. There was love in that bowl. ❤️❤️❤️ We ended our meal with custard w/butterfly pea sticky rice and roti banana Nutella. So yummy! We took our hot pots home for dinner. They reheated beautifully at home and were chock full of noodles, chicken, veggies and flavor. The food was 🔥🔥🔥! I would highly recommend Charm Thai!

Additional Info: You can order online and pick up inside the Mill Food Co. Also, you can order online and have it delivered. We chose to visit the Mill Food Co. in person, use the kiosk in the entry and wait for our food. We saw many delivery people and customers come in to pick up orders while we waited. There are benches to sit on while waiting. When our order was ready, we received a text notification. Next, we scanned it at the service desk and the locker opened for us to retrieve our food. There are no tables there. My friend brilliantly suggested that we to go to the Strip (8 minutes away) and sit in the communal area at Novo Asian Food Hall (entrance 20) at the terminal. I recently discovered Thai Togo, a cloud kitchen in Pittsburgh, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience! As a fan of Thai cuisine, I was excited to try their offerings, and they did not disappoint.

First off, the ordering process was seamless. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse through the menu. I opted for their Pad See Ew and Tom Yum Soup, both of which are personal favorites.

The Pad See Ew was absolutely delicious! The wide rice noodles were perfectly stir-fried, coated in a savory soy sauce, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The portion size was generous, ensuring I had plenty to enjoy.

I appreciated the quick delivery time, and friendly and professional. Overall, my experience with CharmThai Pgh Togo was fantastic. If you’re in the Pittsburgh area and craving authentic Thai food, I highly recommend checking them out. I can’t wait to order...
