This is by far the best pawnshop in Pittsburgh. Not only does the owner give you fair prices if you sell stuff by he is also super friendly and really likes his customers. You always feel welcome in his shop. If you have any questions he will show you the items. Tell you about them. He will suggest an item to fit your needs and even shows you what it cost new so you can see the savings. He always has new stuff every time I go. The shop is clean and he has good merchandise. Not a shop full of old junk from a garage sale. If you need a bike to bike around the city or go off road he has the best selection of very good quality bikes in great condition. He has phones, tvs, video games. And is even looking to expand to jewelry. He has great tools,speakers, headphones. Amazing guitars. And more. But again the best thing is how nice the owner is. Taking time to say hi to every customer and how welcome he makes you feel. You never feel rushed like he wants you to shop and spend money or leave. Great place. Great owner. If there were 1 0 stars I would give the shop ten stars. I'm adding to my review. I needed quick money so I sold my good cell phone and kept my bad one. And 2 days later called and asked if I could buy it back the next day. Not only did he hold the phone for me. But I asked him how much extra I had to pay to get it back. And it was barly anything. Most shops want at least double.ive even been charged quadruple. I won't name the other shop. But my gf sold a tool of mine to them I didn't give her permission to sell. She got 100 dollars. I told the guy what happened. Told him I'd give him 150. He told me to file a police report and file charges on my gf. And if not he needed 500 freaking dollars. So not only did he lowball her. But he robbed me. I ended up talking him down to 450. And had to pay that. That's robbery. Again that was NOT at wolf pack. He would have prob said 120 would be fine. Awful experience honestly. We have tried to check this place out 3 seperate Saturdays during the listed hours that were months apart and each time arrive to a locked door and all the lights out. Thinking maybe they had changed their hours, I contacted the Facebook page explaining my experience and asking about their hours (I'm assuming the owner is who I spoke with on the Facebook page). Instead of even reading my inquiry, I was hastily responded with "yes have many store 304 n craig st". I then asked him to please read the question. Where he just listed back the hours from Google. I mentioned again our experience attempting to come on Saturdays and he again just responded with the hours listed. I dont know what the deal is here, but it's been a waste of time trying to go between 11-7...
