Miami Potato Factory & Miami Seafood Factory — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Ordered from here but the worker refused to answer my call for 30 minutes when I was calling to correct a mistake on the order and called immediately after placing it. Once he finally oicked uo he was extremely rude and claimed the order was already gone. I checked- it wasnt. I told him that and “the foods already made” so now not only is he an asshole but hes a liar. All I wanted to do was take an item off that I accidentally put on there and uf they werent immediately accepting orders they apparently couldnt manage this wouldnt be an issue.

At this point I dont care if its good. I’m being charged $60 for something I never wanted and because theyre unwilling to actually help like you would in the service business or answer calls from people ordering - I’m not a fan and will make sure...
