love this place! super cute clothes with great sizing and pricing! i always find things here that end up becoming staples in my wardrobe!

UPDATE: I came in looking for a dress to wear to a wedding at the very last minute (1 hour before wedding). I tried the dress basically settled because I was feeling desperate. When I got home and got ready I put the dress on to wear and decided it was way too big and not flattering on me at all, so I decided I would return it. I had already taken the tag off because I had intentions on wearing it and rushing out of the house but decided not to. Instead, I wore another dress that I wore to another wedding last year that I felt much more comfortable in.

I went to return the dress and the woman working (I believe the owner) gave me an incredibly difficult time and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand from her viewpoint she thought I wore it and brought it back after wearing it, but I shop here often and honestly my “go-to” wardrobe staples are all from this store (see above from original 5 star review).

As a business owner as well, I would NEVER do something like that. I was given store credit but sadly would never feel comfortable going back here to use it. I love this store and the clothes are super cute and I’ve always had a great experiences in the last that this one was incredibly uncomfortable. Extremely unprofessional. Went to purchase a coat at Ehua, I asked to put the coat on hold and was told it would be held for five hours. This was at 2pm. Upon my return at 5 pm, when I asked for the coat, the same worker that placed the coat on hold said she had just sold the coat. This was the only coat of this style that they had in store. When I asked why it was sold when I was promised it would be left on hold and not sold to anyone else, she told me she forgot to ask me for a deposit. She continued to say they ask for deposits when holding clothes, however that makes absolutely no sense and was most definitely a lie. Even if it was true, she still forgot to ask me for a deposit. A must visit for those who love elegant layered Korean/Chinese/Japanese style fashion! For those who are unfamiliar with the type: There are lots of pastels and neutrals that fit any season, and minimal patterns, so everything is easy to coordinate. There's a variety of soft and flowy feminine fabric types. The store is satisfyingly arranged by colour to help you find what you need. Also, all of the clothes are one size, so pants may be a problem if you're taller or wider than the average Asian woman, but since most things are a flowy/loose style, you can make it work.
