The front desk customer service was less to be desired here… But… the food made up for it once I finally was waited on and got my order home to try it. I was very hungry after work. I walked in and stood in what I thought was a line and noticed there were a bunch of delivery drivers there in line and some appearing to be waiting on orders. The front desk worker (I think her name was Shirley) was busy however, she got off the phone several times and never asked me if she could help me. Never acknowledged me. Some people came in from outside after me and she gave them orders. I am thinking hello… I moved to the counter directly in front of her. Stood there. I noticed she picked up the phone again - then got off, gave a few folks their orders and then busied herself with checking bags until I finally asked her if she can assist me please. I asked her if she saw me standing there. I let her know that I had been there waiting and was ignored / overlooked for about 10 minutes. She said she did not. She then said you could of said something too. I guess a random person standing there was not a customer? Ok, No apologies. It was what it was I guess. Breakdown in acknowledgement and communication I guess. My order was $ 95.66 and because of the poor service experience I wanted to hate it because I was annoyed with her but, some of the food was decent but, a little pricy for the portion size. Egg rolls were tasty almost $2.00 each Steamed $7.95 and fried dumplings $ 7.95 with the sauce they provided was good General Tso good but at $16.95 the order was super small like lunch size small Vegetables Lo Mein good $ 9.95 Egg drop soup lacked flavor $ 2.00 Sesame beef meh was used to the meat not being as slimy and more fried - just my preference $ 16.95 Beef egg foo young was good. 13.95 I had wonton soup too but did not taste it yet. I will try other places in the area before recommending them to see the comparison or to see if I have a better experience. Left with a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Money earned can always be spent anywhere.

Not your typical American Chinese restaurant, although they do have that if you are interested. I come here for the authentic Szechuan cuisine that they offer. My hands down favorite dish is La Zi Ji (辣子鸡) which is often listed as "Dry/Crispy Hot Chicken". This dish is a Szechuan specialty that I've had here, in San Francisco, and New York. I've yet to try the dish in China, but amongst the American facsimiles that I've had, this is the best one. One note that I will say is that on a recent visit this dish was quite a bit sweeter than it has been in the past, I'm not sure if it was just an off day or what the difference was, but it was better when it wasn't as sweet. In addition to the La Zi Ji, I always order the Dry Sautéed Green Beans with Pork (干煸四季豆). These green beans remain remarkably crispy, but they are also cooked through with a good amount of saltiness. You can order them without the pork if you are looking for a vegetarian option, but the pork adds a really nice flavor. Lastly, when I have someone with me that can take the heat, I order the Spicy Fish Soup (水煮鱼). This is a very hot dish and can challenge the most capsaicin tolerant eaters, but it is so good. Unfortunately, they only seem to have one portion size of this soup, and it is enough for 4 or more people to enjoy in my experience. I have ordered it when there are just 2 folks that are eating, but I always end up taking some home, and this is one soup that is best when it is fresh out of the kitchen in my opinion. So in summary, this is some of the most authentic Szechuan food that I've encountered in the US. Someone that is more experienced in Szechuan food than I am can speak more to the authenticity, but for me I don't go anywhere else.

If I could give less than 1 I would! I’m so mad I even gave them a try. I was spoken to so rudely for absolutely no reason. I called and asked if they were currently delivering and was told “yes! What do you want!” I tried to look past It but when I had to call back for my total (still I wasn’t rude) it was like I was asking her for the tax information! She had a huge issue with telling me my total. Once she began yelling at me for absolutely no reason I just hung up the phone (I don’t argue with people who make my food). So when I went to pick it up I didn’t think anything of it. I was met with a yet again extremely rude attitude saying “we didn’t make your food cuz you hung up!” Yelling at me for absolutely no reason. After going back and forth about me not canceling my order and me hanging up because how she was speaking to me. I just left. They didn’t deserve not one single dime from me! Also all of the other workers started coming out from the back yelling as well! Attempting to be intimidating. The only reason I went to pick up the food was because I figured they were still making it and didn’t want it to go to waste. Plus I just figured she was having a bad moment. No she was just so rude. I was at work when I placed the order so I know for a FACT that my attitude was nothing but pleasant. It was so disrespectful how she spoke to me as a customer. I completely understand that everyone is entitled to a bad day but this was beyond a bad day. This was just completely uncalled for and nasty. Now If I were to react the way I wanted to I would have been wrong! This place is not worth a single penny! There are many restaurants close to this place that is was more deserving of our money! DO NOT GO...
