EQT Corporation — Local services in Pittsburgh

I am a landowner and have been receiving royalty payments with EQT since 2013. Regardless of Covid-19, the Owner Relations Office has become completely unresponsive. Numerous Phone Message have been left over the last several months with no call back. I have submitted a negative comment thru the feedback section of the EQT Owner Relations Page. I have sent an e-mail to the Owner Relations Department. It is as if EQT has went dark. Their lack of responsiveness to the Landowners is totally unprofessional & unacceptable. I will keep trying to reach a live person. If I have to go the media or contact an Attorney, I am going to get them to respond back. A disappointed and irritated...

My family signed agreement with Rice Energy and EQT bought them out. We'll was supposed to be producing by October 24 according to contract. Its in and there is trust land that we should be getting paid off of however I am told the payment decks haven't been set up yet. I ask when will they be set up and they don't know. This company has owed my family money for years. We have been in court battles against them to get what is owed. The court decided in our favor and said the EQT had breached their contract and had 30 days to pay, on day 29 they informed our attorney that they are appealing the ruling.
