This place brings to light what a speak easy is! From the outside street of liberty viewing the inside one would not think that this is a small theatre inside.

You walk in it looks as though you are greeted by a magic shop. You walk through the curtain to see many forms of whimsical childlike magic memorabilia lining the walls along with a working Zoltar machine. Just make sure you don’t make a wish to be BIG before the show or you might not fit ,as you turn the corner to be greater by four rows of chairs.

Childlike wonder filled me as ushered myself to my seat and saw my name printed on a tag to show where my seat was located!

Perfect for close up magic the small venue is definitely intimate experience you will never forget. I will most definitely be coming back again and hope that the cultural trust will keep this venue alive and hopefully grow to offer more and more magicians as well as things other than nightlife for the community and bring back the spark of the child in all of Pittsburgh including...

Liberty Magic is truly one of the most amazing entertainment experiences you can have in PGH. My wife and I have attended about a half-dozen performances and each have been equally entertaining, mind blowing, and memorable.

The props and set in the entrance set a mystical mood for the show as you are greeted by a friendly host/hostess that checks you in. Show up early for the best seats as they are unassigned. The acts vary from magicians that do close-up sleight of hand tricks to mentalists to other magicians that perform more "traditional" performances. Not only are the performers amazing, but the setting is unbeatable. It's so intimate as there are

One of the best Magic Shows we been to.

It was a lot of fun. The performer is right in front of you the entire time and there is not a bad seat. The shows sell out at about 50-60 people, so everyone is pretty close. Get your tickets in advance to make sure it is not sold out.

They had free drinks (pop, water, and flavored sparkling water), but it is also BYOB, if you wanted alcohol.

Very nice atmosphere. You are surrounded by magic props including a working fortune telling machine. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Your “ticket” can be a little keepsake. If you upgrade for the VIP, which is not that much, you get to go in the back room for some additional tricks as well as a meet and greet (and our ticket was a key instead of the normal playing card).

We would definitely go again. Magicians rotate in and out every month or two (so far), so you can get a different show with...

This was something completely new that I had never done before. And it absolutely blew my mind away. It was so much fun and very Interactive. I absolutely loved it. And that night I went home and bought tickets for my father for Father's Day and my brother for his birthday. And they have since gone to two different shows and loved them also. I highly recommend checking this place out. It is something totally different & I don't know of anywhere else in Pittsburgh like this. You will have a great time whether or not you're very into Magic. ***Also, tidbit of info.... it is BYOB. I think there is a 3 or $5 corkage fee. So, bring yourself some 🍷🍺🍸, sit back, have a few drinks & thoroughly enjoy yourself.😉

I'm so excited that we have a venue specifically designed for close-up magic in Pittsburgh. The venue is the perfect space for magic. It's intimate and very well planned. The look and feel of the theatre are great and the performance (Eric Jones) was wonderful! The Skeleton Key tickets are the way to go! Once we did that, we never went back. In addition to the first show in the intimate (around 70 seats) theatre, you get an extra show in the back in a SMALLER room where the magician answers questions and you get to meet them and see more magic up close. I can't recommend Liberty Magic enough!
