Stacey at Brooks Diamonds has been great to work with in buying an engagement ring & wedding bands. She worked with me to find a diamond and setting that was both in my budget and I got a bigger and better diamond than what I saw or could afford at other stores. She has gotten to know my fiance and I throughout the buying process and has made this a really great experience and relationship. I'm so happy that I went here to get the engagement ring because not only does my fiance LOVE the ring, but Stacey has kept in touch to make sure we are completely satisfied. This includes regular cleanings to keep it nice and sparkly, and even replacing one of the smaller diamonds on the setting (at no cost) that was lost accidentally. I often get compliments about how nice the ring is from friends and family and also from random strangers. I also needed the engagement ring in a very short time frame before going abroad to China and Japan with my fiance and Stacey delivered on her promise to have the ring available in time. It's been almost 2 years since I bought the ring and looking back I'm so thankful for the service that Stacey provided and continues to provide as we prepare for the wedding day. I want to start by saying I’m a hard person to impress and I know that. I thought I knew exactly what I was going to them for and what I was buying. After talking to Stacey and her crew and trusting their knowledge we looked at other shapes and bands for the mrs engagement ring. After being my goofy self I instantly felt like we became friends. No joke. They showed me other diamonds and shared their opinions but never tried to change my mind, and I want to express this cause they were in no way pushy or sales like. They actually talked me out of a more expensive stone. Now when you find another jeweler to be that honest you let me know. The women at Brooks Diamonds were absolutely incredible. As young professionals (actually not that young - 26 & 30), we seemed to be treated as if we weren’t serious about purchasing a ring at other stores. As soon as we walked into Brooks, everyone was very welcoming with me & my now fiancée. They treated us with the utmost respect. They will take their time with you & let you look at plenty of diamonds/bands. Usually when you go to these stores, they will tell you whatever is more expensive looks the best but at Brooks they were straight forward with us which is what we wanted. Stacey was great to work with & responds promptly. Very hassle-free & willing to work with you (I don’t even live in Pennsylvania). Lastly, the price & quality of the ring aka two most important things were impeccable. She can’t stop looking at her finger.
