They hardly get any orders right. It's almost impossible to get your order when you pull up to the window. Even when they aren't that busy. I was there today with my mother and fiancé, and as soon as we pulled up and paid for the food, they told us to pull forward and wait. Granted they brought it out almost as soon as we pulled around, I mean it's pretty sad that your employees are so incompetent that they can't get an order to a customer in a quick fashion. I'm honestly surprised this location has survived as long as it has. Do not go here

This place was redone so I wanted to come back and do an update for you all. Drive thru order staff was unprofessional, and semi-rude. I even got his name. Michael. I will give him the benefit of the doubt here because he was only doing what his employer requires him to do, but maybe next time some manners added on would be better. They tried to get my disabled father to enter the store because of a coupon issue. My rating/recommendation does not change. Do not go here.

My mother and fiancé went here and there were a few issues. I ended up calling the store and speaking with Barbie, the General Manager. She seems like a very nice person. Told me that they only have 3 managers at that location and that's why it's so difficult to run the store. The drive-through speakers need some work or maybe even replacing so you may need to repeat yourself a few times. One of the sensors on the two drive-thru lanes is wonky as well. They aren't ignoring you, it's just that their sensor may be malfunctioning. I feel for this manager. She gets calls of complaints from start to close. My heart goes out to her. I've worked in fast food before and I know the management position in this type of industry is never the coveted position. It's the position that someone takes because the position NEEDS a body and someone to run the store. I think the owners need to step up their game and maybe advertise for more management positions. 3 managers for one Burger King isn't fair. Other than those issues, I have no issue with this locale. The food is great and MOST of the...
Read moreExtremely disappointed in this Burger King. This Burger King is new...they've been open for less than a year. With that in mind, you'd think that the crew would be on top of things, eager to please, and just generally on the ball. Nothing could be further from the truth.
On our most recent visit, which will be our last, we waited almost a full five minutes to even be acknowledged. Once we were, Chris, who I assumed to be the manager on duty, took our order, which had to be repeated twice. We then proceeded to wait almost 15 minutes for 3 croissants, 1 biscuit, 2 orders of hash browns, and 2 coffees....not the most complicated order. After 15 minutes, while we watched no less than 3 employees stand around and stare at monitors with our order on it, we finally got our order. Complete with fries we didn't order (cause everyone orders fries at 930am on Sunday morning), a large tea, rather than a large coffee, and a croissant with sausage rather than the bacon that was ordered. My wife wasn't too happy about the sausage, but at this point just went with it.
After biting into the croissant, she discovered the egg was not fully cooked. She likes dippy eggs, but not when they're supposed to be scrambled.
If the place had been packed and the drive through line swamped, I'd be more understanding, but that was not the case. The worst and most upsetting part about the whole visit was the total lack of a sense of urgency to take care of the customer. Not just my wife and I, but everyone else in line as well. Even a "hi, we'll be with you in a moment" would have gone a long way. No such statement was forthcoming, though.
This is not the first time we've had to wait at this Burger King, but it will unfortunately...
Read moreI saw the commercial for the new chicken sandwich so I wanted to go to Burger King ASAP I chose the one nearest to my home on Noblestown Road. There were two people in line we were the Third sat there for at least 15 to 20 minutes the first car drove off I wasn't sure if he went to the next window or left the car in front of us moves up set there for another 20 minutes we did not hear anyone come to the loudspeaker to ask what was needed I finally got out of my car and approached the second window I knocked on the window several times I could see the workers making sandwiches and fries but there was no one in the line the girl that was making sandwiches says oh s* there at the window and she motions for the gentleman that was inside to approaches because the person that was in the first car also walk to the window with me. He finally comes to the window and says I'm not taking any more orders I said well we have been sitting out here for 45 minutes and it would have been nice for you to have let us know that or even turn the light off .. him: well I don't talk to people at the window because people are ignorant so I just don't talk to anybody I said well that's a shame and you don't respect people's time nor is he respecting The Establishment and getting paid to do nothing. Not sure what's going on at this Burger King I won't be back and I'll be telling all my friends not to go. it's pretty ridiculous this young man thought it was okay to be disrespectful because he didn't want to be disrespected what sense does that make you're in customer service so you have to deal with your customers. I'm not in the habit of sitting in line is this long but I had time today...
