This review is on Target Mobile Dept not the entire store.
We needed 3 iphones. The first store only had 2 so we went to 2000 W. Waters store. The mobile clerk Amanda was ignorant to the ATT iPhone we're asking for. She said she can only sell us contracted phones. We told her that is untrue because we just bought 2 from another store and needed 1 more. She walked away for 10 min and came back with supervisor, Corey. Corey refused to sell us because we already bought 2. We told him we didn't buy it in this store and only came here because the other store didn't have another one. He again refused because he has the RIGHT to LIMIT number of phones a customer can buy. We asked who assigned him the responsibility to oversee the ENTIRE Target mobile chain phone inventory? Furthermore, if his clerk, Amanda, is well informed; we wouldn't have mentioned we already bought 2 from another store. All we needed is 1 more for our son. It is not like we want to purchase the entire stock. Obviously our honesty is being used again us. End result, Cory got "ugly" and insisted he has all the right to limit customer purchase and refused to sell us another phone.
We left a feedback with store manager but never received any return call.
The worst customer service in my entire life shopping anywhere. We have never been treated in such dis-respectful way as though we're "cheating" in some way. We have shopped at Target frequently; however, this experience will direct our future...
Read moreLet's start with the positive- Great selection of items. Maybe 1 out of 8 employees are good. Leslie in tech was awesome and Ashanti at the guest service desk. I asked an employee three times for help looking for glow sticks. The first two times because I thought she couldnt hear me... after the third time she was obviously ignoring me. I returned an item 01/02/2020. I asked the lady for my return receipt and I did not get it because she told me I did not need it. I called corporate and recieved a case number since I didn't get my money back. Coperate couldn't help me get my money back. The returned item was a mix of my fault and the store. I had a gift card and I thought I purchased it on my main card. I then had a worker throw out the gift card after I purchased the item. The returned balance went onto the gift card. The lead helped me retrieve my money back, which I was SUPER thankful for. It would have been much easier if the lady would have gave me my return receipt, but all in all I was satisfied with the Lead and the woman who assisted with getting me my money back. Thanks...
Read morePublic “fondler” in the parking lot and the staff did literally NOTHING.
For context, I was in line and a woman was visibly having a panic attack after already having told staff that the guy in the car next to her was giving himself a treat. She reported it when she walked in, staff did nothing, he was parked in the front row, first spot, still going when she came out so she asked staff AGAIN to call police or at least walk her to her car. Not only did they refuse to call the cops, they refused to walk her to her car so I, a social worker but stranger to her and bystander to the situation, said I would while they literally just watched. For the record he was still going at it when I walked her out and only drove off when she said she was gonna call the cops. PATHETIC TARGET! Even if you “can’t call the cops” because “you didn’t see anything” you could have at LEAST walked her to her car while that poor woman was having a viable panic attack in front of 3 staff members, one of which looked like a lead or a manager. Disgusting...
