Although our dryer ended up being on backorder and the initial scheduling got tumultuous, Jane stepped in and was incredibly helpful in getting it sorted out once and for all. She even coordinated our gas line services with the plumber, Paul, to ensure everything would be ready before and after delivery. Paul was very friendly and professional as well.

On delivery day, the drivers, Odilio and Julian, arrived within the specified service window. They were both friendly and efficient, swapping out dryers quickly and properly.

From our initial visit and purchase at Manny's to having our new clothes dryer installed and running took just under two weeks, and we're thrilled to have it, as well as happy to support a local business that takes care of their customers from start to finish.

Home Depot had a similar model that Mannys had (and I also had a 10% coupon for Home Depot) so I went back to Mannys and They worked with me. From this point forward I will try to shop local.

I had previously owned a Maytag washer I purchased with a 5 year warranty from Home Depot. The unit was 4 1/2 years old and problems started. They came twice within a month to make fixes but when it broke a 3rd time within that month no one would return calls. They gave names and telephone number of their two repair services that they use, which are not located in Pittsfield. One was in Albany and one I believe was in Vermont, but neither of them would return your calls. I finally got a supervisor higher up management. After waiting two weeks from the time I contacted them for them to make a decision, they finally reimbursed some of my money. Home Depot left me with a broken washer and I have to pay to have it removed
