I contacted this shop in hopes of ordering flowers for my wedding, first I was told I needed to fill out an online form and was then told that I would get a consultation appointment afterwards. I filled out the form, was never contacted back. I went online and found out the shop was closed for the following week (not a big deal...). I then contacted the shop via phone the Monday after their shop opened back up. A woman answered the phone and I spoke with her about possibly having a consultation appointment to order my wedding florals. She put me on hold and went to talk to the main flower person/owner. When she came back to the phone she said the lady was busy and that I would get a call back. I left my information and never got any call back. Flash forward to a few days later, I contacted the shop yet once again inquiring about scheduling a consultation/appointment and the same thing happened, the main flower lady was busy and I was asked for my contact information once again. I gave my contact information yet again and still received no call or email back. Flash forward to a few weeks later ( I obviously went somewhere else for my business at that point) and I received an email that they were "sorry that they kept missing me" (what?! Not once did they ever reach out!) and that they were already fully booked for the month of my wedding. Throughout this whole wedding planning process I have learned that apparently there are businesses in the industry that don't want your business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, there is an amazing florist in Cameron Park. Besides I have read reviews about this florist that they deliver on the wrong dates. A big red flag for those...

I should be giving this a 5 star review. The person I spoke with about my order was fantastic, I sent photos and asked for the bouquet for my parents 55th wedding anniversary to resemble their wedding day flowers. When I found out my parents would be out of town I called them to change the delivery date. No problem. Except, they didn’t change the delivery date, and a gorgeous bouquet showed up and no one was home. Fortunately, my brother let me know, I contacted them and was told they would be picked up and redelivered at the later date as requested. It was really too bad because they did an incredible job and exceeded my expectations on that first bouquet. The second delivery however, was nothing like the first. It didn’t have the same flowers or come close to resembling my parents wedding flowers. My mom loved them, but I am still so disappointed. The second bouquet looked nothing like what we’d talked about, didn’t look anything like the wedding photos, and didn’t look anything like the first bouquet-which was perfect. For my mom and dad they were happy, but for me it was a complete let down. This would have been a 5 star review if it weren’t for the delivery mix up and then not getting what we talked about the second time. In a panic the day of prom I went into Placerville Flowers on Main and the professional, friendly and courteous staff there could not have been more helpful and reassuring. They calmed my fears and were able to whip up a lovely wrist corsage for my son's date within 45 minutes of my arrival at the store. The corsage they made looked as fresh at the end of the evening as it did when I picked it up. The staff are friendly and courteous as well as talented artisans. Don't be fooled by the nontraditional showroom. They have a wide variety of fresh cut flowers and plants available for arrangements and all floral needs.
