Tried the olive oil latte with oat milk and some maple syrup (idk how much, but the barista who recommended it said she puts a little bit in) - absolutely phenomenal. So smooth and creamy with just a hint of sweetness. My new favorite!
I did ask her to use whatever the default milk was, and she gave me oat - no idea if that's the default, but if so, seems like that automatically raises their prices on even the most basic latte, so just a warning. I believe my small latte was $7 and some change - on the pricey side, but again, they used oat milk and idk if that's the regular price of a latte.
Also ordered the zucchini bread muffin, because I love zucchini bread. Wouldn't recommend. It wasn't very moist, and didn't taste anything like zucchini bread. There was no flavor that stood out to me, but it also wasn't super sweet which I appreciated.
The barista was very kind - she gave my friend a free muffin, because it was a day old. She said it was discounted because it was old, but then threw it in for free, which I thought was so so kind. We appreciate it, we're two very broke college students! 💀
All around, cute vibes and delicious drinks. Will definitely...

Jacob's roasting techniques are so superb that I do not get the jitters from any of his coffee. I love his tea too. Totem also has Kombucha is fresh and so delicious! Fresh out of the tap. Totem sits back in a cool courtyard next to the Carey House Hotel and Diedrick's Cheese shop. Totem has indoor and outdoor seating. For those chillier days, they provide blankets to cozy up in. Fun! Read moreI have been a long time patron here but today I had to downgrade my rating from 5 stars to two. The good: pleasant atmosphere in a beautiful setting. The bad: RIP OFF! I Know times are tough when trying to make a profit but the prices have become outrageous. $4 for a 12 ounce drip w/ $1 refill. AND they charge you $1 for honey!!
If you want something affordable go to Cuppa Coffee or Bagel Works. Honey is free and so is your refill and the price is a normal $2.50-3.50.
I'd be happy to change my rating back to 5 stars if they wouldn't charge you for honey and refills but kept their current pricing as it's justified for the setting/environment. I also felt that the staff was not quite rude when I showed my disappointment about the honey charge but they were a little prissy about it. "We don't make the rules," she says and laughed at me as I walked out the door. That...
