We have been buying our meats from the Plano location for years. They have the absolute BEST customer service and always take care of all your needs. If they don’t have what you want they will see if you can purchase online. I have had the delightful experience working with Sarah she is beyond amazing and puts up with all of my questions with no problems at all. I highly recommend asking for her if you go in. This location has a repulsive man working there named Nick. I was there last week and all I can say is that he is rude, wasn't wearing a mask and handled the food with his bare hands. He doesn't seem to care about customers, have concern for what's going on and I cannot spend my money at this location. For the high price of this product, he is forcing my wife and I to go to Kroger's. Very bad experience at this Plano location. Does Omaha Steaks have any oversight protocol's?!?! This kid seems to not have a care...

Bought Philly steaks 2 boxes on 12/7/23 opened it 12/14/23 and the meat was brown. Spoke to store rep in Plano and she tells me that that the Normal color. I’m from Philly and used to order their Philly steak and it was fresh and red. These people are charging high prices for brown meat. Customer rep chooses to do nothing to rectify the situation. Personally I’m addressing this issue with their corporate office regarding this and the Plano store location services.
