Have some respect!!

I visited this location today. Honestly I felt awkward and uncomfortable. As I know everyone is entitled to believe what they want. In the work place we should draw a line and be professional. There should be a fair dress code. Especially in days like this, with so much hate and tension.

I grew up believing and I will never believe differently, That every life matters period,not one more then the other. We need to stop being a one minded community.

I understand in these days we must wear a face mask. My problem ain’t wearing it or anyone else wearing it. Have a professional dress code with it. Without narrowing out anyone or making someone feel left out. All because you want to represent a certain group. Enough with all the one sided slang on the type of mask you wear in the workplace. Geeh grow up and be professional in the work place. Do it in respect to a diverse community. Respect is a two way highway. Wear it respectfully and within a professional dress code. Wearing a mask in the workplace that is one minded leaving everyone else out. Is poor judgement and bad demeanor. Think about it your pay is coming in from a diverse culture not just from one kind. It really bothered me giving you my money today. I probably would of bought more if it weren’t for this experience. Don’t expect to get much business from me and all others that agree on what’s right. Everyone has different believes and the way you do business ain’t the answer to all this racial tension. It’s only gonna create more tension and issues. Keep your personal preference to yourself on your time, not on mine. Why do you feel the erge to continue exposing hate and leaving others out? Never go here. They have been cashing people out for so long and allowing you to pick up your cash but just because they are having a bad day they are now saying no!!! And throwing that’s it’s their policy. I get it’s their policy but you have been doing something for so long and now you want to enforce your policy. The manager was rude and did not care, she had no sympathy at all and was not willing to help. Refused to give her managers number to talk to. Never again!!! Don’t waste your time here not worth the few extra bucks.

Response: please understand I was cordial until your manager decided to be rude. Also I asked for her to cash me out not in store credit this one time in the same day we dropped off the items. We dropped off items Saturday and I asked her to donate the remaining and cash us out this one time as we NOW understand your store is enforcing this policy even if it was done differently previously. My second day would be today (Sunday) however your manager refused to even to cash us out and said I needed to come the same day even after explaining multiple times I was on the other side of dfw at my daughter game and she was expecting me to rush over there in less than 2 hours. From what you are saying in your response I technically had another day but she was refusing to give me the 2nd day as she kept saying I had no choice but to come Saturday otherwise it would be store credit and items will be donated the next day. I stopped going to the store because they like to take advantage of customers and buy name brand items even with tags on them for ridiculous prices. A lot of times you can hear them discussing , what they want to buy. It appears that they like to take advantage so that they can bend themselves by the nice items customers bring in.

The staff is very young , with no respect for customers or the items brought in for sale. They have very strict guidelines about bringing items in, they must be folded and in a container.

However when your items are returned they are wadded-up and thrown back into their containers. Since I've experienced this before, I asked the young lady at the register to please make sure that they returned my items in the same manner I brought them in.

I requested for the manager. The manager approach me, with a very flippity attitude, and said the message wasn't convey to her. .I looked at the girl at the register and said i asled of you to convey my request.

When I asked for a way to contact the owners, I was told go on Facebook. Personally I don't want anyone on my Facebook seeing this. When I said I wasn't going to return, she said okay bye

This store is in dire need of adult supervision. I will not return to the store, and I would warn everyone, they take advantage of you when they buy the clothes be wary of this and check the prices they offer. Oh, and they were supposed to text me when they were done, but...
