First of all your website does not have time frames for appointments at all does not say that you have to make an appointment to try on dresses that should be clarified why are you having open hours from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. if you're not going to allow trying on dresses very rude clerk not customer service friendly she was wearing shorts and a t-shirt in a boutique what else to expect as I was walking out she tried to be all proper but unfortunately I already had made up my mind too bad she lost two purchases as I have twin daughters which I was going to purchase two dresses oh well their loss... do not waste...

We rented tuxedos from Claudia’s boutique for our wedding and everything turned out amazing. Claudia and her daughter Alexia are so kind! It’s difficult to coordinate a group of guys to get fitted for a tux, ensure everything fits correctly and pick up their tux but this boutique was amazing. Communication was great, they went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a perfect fitted tux, everything was in on time for our wedding and they were more than accommodating and willing to stay late if any of our guys were unable to make it before closing.
