If I could give zero stars, I would.
I purchased a bed and a chair on May 1st. The day the bed was delivered, the headboardâs built-in lights didnât work. I waited over a week for a technician, only to be told the headboard was defective and needed replacing.
A replacement was eventually delivered â and that headboard didnât work either.
Despite this clear ongoing issue, the company refused to offer a full refund because I reported the problem after their 24-hour policy window the second time around. Instead, they offered me a $200 gift certificate, a $100 refund, or to exchange the bed for something else in their showroom â none of which are acceptable. I paid for a working product, not for store credit or another item I donât want.
Worse, the delivery team openly admitted they had replaced another faulty headboard just the day before â clearly this is a recurring issue. This has taken up nearly every weekend for a month, and now they want me to wait another two weeks for yet another headboard, which probably wonât work.
Iâve wasted my time and money on a broken product, poor service, and a company that hides behind policy instead of doing whatâs right. The low prices reflect in the even lower quality â lesson learned: be very cautious when buying anything electronic or tech-integrated from this company.

I asked her name and was told it was xo......she began explaining that she didn't want to call her manager because he was dealing with a sick mother and I explained I just purchased over 100 dollars and needed a receipt. Shecalled him and he told her in 2 seconds how to retrieve it. The store was well staffed but very little customer service. The first time an employee spoke with us was during check-out, we were never approached while looking around. There were a number of employee to employee conversations taking place with no offers to assist shoppers. The store is well stocked with few empty shelves and the environment is comfortable. So, if you need an inexpensive pair of earbuds, an individual small battery pack, or low-cost costume jewelry, this store is just the place to visit. What they do have for sale is priced just right.
