First and foremost let me just say Torrance is such a breath of fresh air I literally didn't even come in for myself I came to grab for someone else and was captivated by the ambience whoever the interior designer is for this place went above and beyond Minor Details like the old school ice cream cart out front sets this place apart from almost every ice cream parlor I've been into Torrance not only greeted every customer but customized every dessert to fulfill their taste buds I was so captivated by the customer service and the ambience that I could not not leave a review not to mention I left with a scoop of passion fruit sorbet since I advised him I could not do dairy but he also informed me of their dairy-free options this place is the creme de La Creme no pun intended or maybe just a little LOL😝🙌🏽✨💛🙏🏾 this is such a breath of fresh air and a jewel of a find which I have to think Uber Eats for if you are looking for an amazing experience and amazing ice cream options for the entire family this is a One-Stop shop BTW I noticed they even have phone chargers on the walls for you while you enjoy your dessert I cannot say enough great things about this place and again Torrance it's literally the cherry on top that makes this place stand out from every other ice cream parlor that I frequented in South Florida for amazing ice cream and sweet treat options a beautiful environment and music that keeps the kids and you entertain and excited come to phuse cream BTW this is my honest review I am not affiliated with the company nor was I paying just blown away by the customer service and my first...

I have visited Phuse Cream twice and it is one of those places that is perfect for an Instagram post because of its vibrant pink decor. From the walls, to the floor, to the tables, the entire place is covered in pink. They have children's shows playing on a TV behind the counter and a map which you can put a pin on to represent where you are from. Everything is just so bright and entertaining.

To pair along with this, they have a variety of ice cream flavors ranging from the classics like birthday cake and brownie to some unique creations like guava cheesecake and superman. They even serve macaron ice cream sandwiches if you are in the mood for an extra sweet treat.

The staff is very friendly and patient. They let my group try all the flavors we wanted and did not rush to get out of the store even though we came right around closing time.

My reason for not giving phuse the 5th star is because of the quality of the ice cream. For a place that is so visually outstanding and creative, the taste of some of their ice creams were not up to par. Some also had freezer burn on them which diminished the quality and taste. This place was such a distasteful experience! Starting with the cashier being extremely rude and unfriendly. She didn’t show any type of customer service. I had to ask her to explain things to me because she didn’t even open her mouth to communicate anything. She didn’t even greet us! When ordering the ice cream she just picked whatever size cup without even asking us what size we wanted. I asked her if she had any cones or just cups and she told me just cups. When we went to pay, the ice cream cones were right behind her and I said to her I thought there was no cones. She proceeded to just laugh in my face. She didn’t even offer us toppings for the ice cream. I had to ask her if those were the toppings behind her and the toppings had no labels to even know which toppings they were. I had to ask her because once again she did not even take the time to explain nor say a word to us and seemed super annoyed that I was even asking her about what each topping was!
