Okay so look i went into badcock in plantation looking for a dresser and mirror to match my bed. I had a dresser in mind already by looking on the website so when me and my mom entered the store no one greeted us i walked around looking for a dresser this nice young lady by the name of Gloria said hello how are you i will be with a in moment after im done with my customer here i said hello ok no problem. I continued looking around for the dresser that i seen on the website as she was still dealing with the customer. Once she was done she approached me and asked how can she help me i asked her about the summit dresser and mirror that i seen online and wanted to know if they had it she pointed me in the direction and told me she will follow up with me after she finish the previous customer she was dealing with i said ok once i seen the dresser i was soooo Disappointed because the color wasnt even close to the color bed i have in m room already that i also purchased from them a year ago. Anyways i was still browsing around and i came across another dresser that i thought would have look perfect for the bed i have so i was determined to get that dresser so she came back and ask me about the dresser i initially ask about and i told her no i didnt match my bed that i already have so i told her i wanted this dresser that i was standing by she said ok let go check to see if we have any more. So we proceeded to walk to the computer and i was explaining to her how frustrating it is getting funiture or bedroom set separately the bed i purchsed a year ago was discontinued and sadly the entire set was too so i had a hard time finding a dresser that was similar to the color and style of the bed that i have. Anyways Ms. Gloria asked me what type of bed was it so i describe it to the best of my abilities she looked up my order and said oh yes i know exactly what bed you are speaking about. She went on to say oh no ma'am that dresser u choose is different that wont be a match i said r u sure because i just knew it was the right color she explained to me the difference then she showed me a dress that was similar it was a lil more expensive althought i was a little hesitant bout it but i liked it she was told me to trust her it will match. So i purchased the dresser and mirror and it was delivered today 04/14/2021 and can i tell u im sooo excited that she recommended that dresser because it was/is a perfect match. I usually dont write reviews but i had to for this becaus HER customer service skills was outstanding once again out of all the workers that was there she was the only one who greeted me and was willinging to assist. We went into this location on Saturday and purchased a sofa, the very next day we returned to purchase a fireplace with a stereo system attached, a laptop and Beats headphones. The fireplace was amazing in the store and sold us immediately!! After purchasing a brand new system, we brought it home the same day and were very excited to connect it and play our music. Unfortunately, after hearing the floor model in the store, the experience with our system was subpar. We set it up correctly according to the directions, there was a lot of static along with the music when it was turned on and the static noise continued even when it was not in use. It was not at all the quality that we anticipated. In contacting the store location, we were informed of the store policy on electronics, which is us having to contact the manufacturer to get assistance. Bob, the store manager, did his very best to help as much as he possibly could while still following protocol. He contacted his corporate office on our behalf!!! When Bob called me back, he said that corporate told him to contact their Electronics Department and have a representative come to troubleshoot the problem. Bob said it may be 1-3 days before they were able to do that. I received a call from the Electronics Department within the hour and they had a representative it to my home within 2 hours!!!! I am grateful for the Customer Service that we received from Bob and the staff at Badcock Plantation!!!! We will be repeat customers FOR SURE!!!!...

So, i purchased a bedroom set which was scheduled to be delievered May 15. The night before the delivery, i got a call from the warehouse saying that part of my bedroom set isnt in stock and they wont be having anymore. Mind you, i paid for the item two weeks prior. The next day i went to the store and had conversations with the manager who was extremely rude, unapologetic, and insensitive to my needs. He made me feel as if the it was my fault. I was introduced to another bedroom set which was a little more expensive, but they say it would take another two weeks for me to get it. Anyways i went ahead and purchased that one, a few days before the scheduled delivery, they called saying the shipment will be delayed for another week. I finally got the set today. I called the co-operate office and made complaint about my experience as well as the unprofessional conduct of that store manager, but as we know it, that's gonna fall on deaf ears. The salesman Juan was a very helpful and nice. Overall, the treatment and experience that i garnered was extremely poor especially by that manager. My sisters shopped at Badcock in West Palm Beach, and she vowed...
