I've been a customer here for over 23 years and since the Pandemic the service is awful! It's a shame because this place is always packed and I have family that works here so it has nothing to do with the food because the food is great! I ordered my food before thru door dash and noticed that my orders were taking about an hour and a half before I received them so last night I decided to place my order online around 9:40 pm and then pick it up and it stated that it would be ready at 10:15 also if I arrived after 10 pm to pick-up through the drive thru. So I get there about 10:20 pm and as usual the drive thru is packed. I'm used to this because of course, even before the Pandemic this has always been a busy place. I'm in line until 11:05 pm (and this is to finally get to the menu area to speak over the microphone outside in the drive thru where people normally place an order) I'm there another 20 minutes and no one answers so I say nothing because I assumed maybe they are having trouble with their drive thru speaker. So I finally get around to the older lady with the gold hair that was rude, unprofessional, and says "can I help you?" I say, "yes I placed an online order for pick-up" and gave her my name. She yelled at me and rolled her eyes and says "you were supposed to say something in the drive thru before you got to the window!" I said, "well no one answered or assisted me through the drive thru and I've been in line over an hour." She then tried to argue with me and say, "she's been wearing her headset and if the motion detector picked up my car she would've answered me." She said, "maybe I wasn't close enough!" This made no sense because the drive thru was extremely narrow, packed with cars bumper to bumper, and circular there was no way this could have happened. Also I explained I was sitting directly in front of the menu for 20 mins. She also failed to realize that I noticed they had been taking orders at the window instead of at the drive thru menu and let people sit there until the orders were ready while they pay and leave. This explained why the service was so terrible and the wait was so long! Anyway She called another lady that was (nicer although neither of them were unapologetic) I explained to the lady that I placed my order online and gave her my name. She walked over to the counter and pulled my order from under the counter and handed it over to me. My food was extremely cold! I don't think I will be returning! I recommend if online orders are being taken at this location as a courtesy to customers there should be a curbside pick-up. Also, if the lobby is going to be closed by 10pm atleast have courtesy to serve customers correctly through the drive thru and not mistreat them this way! This is cruel and disrespectful and someone needs to get corporate...
Read moreI have visited this location multiple times and more often than not I always leave extremely disappointed and angry. The staff here are extremely rude and abrupt and the line is always long as well, which would be fine if they had their full menu when you got to the actual window to order. The food itself when you can actually receive it is really good. However, the past five times I have went to this location I have been informed that they cannot sell anything hot or fried because their "flat-top" is being cleaned. And when I have asked how long it will take to clean I have received different responses. Either because they're making it up as they go along or are lying entirely. The first time I asked they said thirty minutes and I waited and was able to receive my order. The next time they said it would be two hours which made no sense to me and I just left. The last time was the last straw when they told me it would not be ready until 6 AM! At the time I was in line at 2 AM. How would it take four hours?! I will not be coming back to this location unless something is done about this issue or they train their staff accordingly. When I come here we usually order for four people and the business receives up to sixty dollars or more. But I will not continue to waste my time and gas for this nonsense....
Read moreDooley and the other male manager they are some Rudy ass managers they always look unhappy they have attitude's all the time it's like they need to go somewhere else were they can be more of a people's person the look on thy face in the other employees make you want to go else were they all look unhappy they make you don't want to order ever I hate spend my money on stuff I ain't order everytime you come to them when your order wrong they get mad at you I had enough of the bs I'm never spending my money with they rude unhappy ass again all them need to find another job where they going to be happy I guess they tired of dropping chicken anyways we pay they bills with that being said they need to more professional they need to no that BAD customer Service skills makes nobody wants to buy I had a simple order in I don't no how the hell it get messed up I end up leaving going towards Miami just to see all this old ass chicken the chicken looked like little body's to make a long story short I will not spend my money over there ever again I rather starve BEFORE I SPEND MY MONEY AT THE MIAMI SUBS OFF BROWARD...
