I walked in today to get sized for a ring and also to look at wedding rings for myself and a possible upgrade for my fiancées engagement ring.
As soon as I walked up to the door, I felt immediately judged by one of the employees inside who looked me up and down and gave me one of the dirtiest looks I have received in a while.
I walked inside and saw the man helping a woman out and he didn't say anything and just stared at me. I proceeded to say Hi and he asked if I needed anything. I said I wanted to get sized for a ring. The man said he is busy right now with an exasperated hand gesture.
I said I could wait and sat down. He eventually told the lady he was helping "let me go do this real fast", grabbed the ring sizers told me to use them and walked away.
I sized myself by-myself, browsed the rings for a moment. Sat back down. I waited about 15 more minutes while one of the other employees kept chatting with someone in the store. I eventually got upset and said thank you and started to leave.
I asked if you need to make an appointment because I didn't receive any help, and the man said that everyone came in at the same time.
Regardless, I would not recommend this jewelry store. They felt judging and dismissive. To inform Linardi's, my money is just as green, sorry I didn't fit your idea of what a customer looks like.
I would not recommend coming to this store, but if you think you fit their idea of what a customer looks like, you'd probably receive a much better...

I went with my fiancé to get my super elaborate ring resized. And the guy who helped us seemed really nice at first, but it turns out, he is a really greedy person.
For a $50 job, he agreed to resize it, and he didn’t worn us on how likely the risk to loosen the little diamonds that adorn the halo were.
He accepted the task, I wanted to get it done the same day -because I’m no expert in rings or diamonds or jewelry. They could not size it to my desire size, because they feared the stones would loosen. And yet he took the job.
As if it was a bad joke. One of the stones fell off. So they had to keep it to re mount the stone. Never did he apologize, he didn’t offer a discount. He never tested the stones to prove they were still my diamonds.
The sizing didn’t come out perfect, it was still too big, and you could see where they cut it.
He charged us, full price. Although we complained. And because we were super upset we disputed the charge on the credit card. And still he wouldn’t accept the loss of his mistake, nor give us a discount or refund.
I would give zero stars, but One is the...
Read moreMy wedding band/engagement ring which naturally was treasured has been missing 1 diamond for about 8 1/2 years out of 9 &looked rather pathetic. I’m not a big diamond lover per sei; however, that ring meant everything. I literally was a walk in customer, who had previously requested an estimate from the original manufacturer to fix the ring. The estimate exceeded the original sale price & clearly on financial side it made no sense to consent to repair above original cost. As I walked into the store, I was welcomed as though I was a regular here. The gentleman taking care of me was as I understood the owner/partner of the establishment. Not only I was at ease to give my much treasured ring for a much needed repair, when he inspected the ring & gave me an estimate I had to ask again as it felt the asking repair price was misunderstood. My ring was repaired in New York minute so it seemed & looked better than new. Simply put, perfection; service, price, quality & exceptional customer service was just a bonus. Thank you so much!!! Would recommend this store...
