Zales — Local services in Plantation

I was highly disappointed with my experience at Zales. I had received a birthday present watch that was purchased at Zales with a lifetime warranty a little over 5 years ago. two years ago I had gone there to change the battery and they had given me a hard time saying that it is only a two-year warranty as opposed to a lifetime which is what their receipt had said. Apparently two years is a lifetime for Zales, when they looked up the account with the phone number they were able to see that it was supposed to be covered for a lifetime you know for as long as the wash lasts and that changing the battery would be covered under that warranty. about a week ago I went to change my battery again and force you to have the same issue, the woman would not even look up the phone number for the account. She also proceeded to inform me that battery changing is not covered by any kind of warranty deed provided by Zales. instead they would charge you $25 to have your battery on your watch change as opposed to the $12 or $13.50 from the watch repair kiosk right in front of them. the woman was very very rude and I will never shop at Zales again, and we'll inform all of my friends and family of the poor service received at this particular establishment. and to that woman who was oh so rude, even if you are angry or frustrated with a customer you have to take a deep breath and then speak do not sit there with such a rude to him because it is off-putting and you will lose business and lose sales and therefore lose your...

Just before COVID, I purchased a beautiful Vera Wang engagement ring from Zales, Yonkers along with a protection plan. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt Regrettably, I misplaced the receipt and the accompanying documents that came with the ring, and I completely forgot about the plan altogether.

Recently, while visiting the Zales store at Broward Mall, I saw another customer getting her jewelry cleaned, and it jogged my memory about the protection plan I had purchased. I decided to ask for help—and I’m so glad I did!

The store clerks were incredibly professional, patient, and kind. They took the time to look up my information and were able to locate the details of my original purchase. Thanks to their assistance, I can now finally have my ring resized and cleaned under the protection plan.

I’m truly grateful for their excellent service and genuine care. This experience reminded me why I chose Zales in the first place. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality jewelry and exceptional...

My husband and I met Leah, the store manager at the Broward Mall, when I was upgrading my engagement ring.

I had my eye on a very specific ring for over 3 years. Unfortunately, the ring wasn't available online or in any state within a few thousand miles radius. I was so sad and started looking at another ring....not as nice but nice enough. Leah saw the look on face and she told me not to settle and she was going to find my ring.

Leah delivered and found my ring in Hawaii and had it for me 4 days later!!!

Not only did Leah find my ring, but she provided amazing service beyond my expectations. She was amazing with my crazy boys. She was so personable that I felt like we were friends for years.

I hope Zales realizes the true "gem" they have in Leah at the Broward Mall. As someone who has been in hospitality management for 12+ years, I know she is one of a kind and would steal her in a minute.
