The worst service I have ever had. We waited 15 minutes at our table before anyone even acknowledged us. Eventually, someone realized that we were sitting at the table and took our order. I ordered a snack size wings and a side of fries, and my fiance ordered a Philly cheesesteak. After we ordered, the waitress came back 3 different times to ask my fiance if the Philly Cheesesteak SANDWICH that he ordered was a wrap, or a burger. We got our food eventually, well, most of it anyway. Initially, the waitress forgot the fries that I ordered. She apologized and went to go get them (supposedly). By the time the waitress came back to check on us, again without the simple order of a side of French fries (that were with my initial order), my chicken was ice cold, and my fiance was almost finished eating. We must have been sitting under or near a very cold air conditioning vent. We asked if the fries were coming, and she said she'd go check. About 10 minutes later, the waitress again came back and asked how we were, and again, did not have the fries. We asked where the fries were, and asked to have our chicken replaced since it was ice cold at this point. The fries came first (finally! Only about an hour later!) but.....the new chicken batch came about 20 minutes afterward, at which point, the fries that we waited on for so long were now cold. We asked to speak to the manager. When he came to see us, we got the feeling that it was a hassle for him to even entertain the idea of hearing us out. He honestly didn't really seem to care. He offered to get me a to-go order, (my fiance was finished with his meal for a while now), which he was going to charge me for. I told him I didn't want it anymore. I wasn't going to pay for it at that point. He tried to give me a free snack card to compensate, which we left on the receipt on the table that they gave us after we paid for my fiance's meal. I've never witnessed such incompetence in any sort of service related industry before. There was no professionalism, no apologies AT ALL by the waitress, and no sincere apology from the manager (just your typical "oh I'm sorry, here's a pity coupon."). Something as simple as a side of French fries turned into an absolute nightmare. The only reason why I gave it one star was because Google wouldn't let me post this without it, but trust me this place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisappointed. Coming from Texas to this location. Went 4 separate times because the wings were good. The first time they were closed on a Monday for no apparent reason. The second time, there was a screen cover from a PHONE in my water cup wasnāt offered an apology or anything. Third time our beverages, wings, fries, and salads came at separate times and incredibly spaced out.. only saw two servers for the whole restaurant the service was terrible. The fourth time, we went back so that our friends could try the āblazināā wings so we went with a very large party. Two people in our party didnāt get their food till literally everyone was finished eating. There was a hair in the wings, we were brought supposedly āblazināā wings which werenāt even spicy (they werenāt the right wings.) Then our sever was going to clock out half way through our meal, asked for his tip which we gave him.. and he left so we got another server. Some people didnāt get the food they ordered at all, they tried to charge for the same beer at the bar and then again at the table.... long story short... they took orders and kept bringing our food without assigning it to anybody. We ended up paying $60 for unaccounted food that was āate by our tableā when most of our party had paid their part and left. The manager literally offered no apology for the bad service... for not properly dividing the food, or not informing us that it was going to be one big check... she only said āthis needs to be paidā over and over. And that if we didnāt pay it, she was going to have to call the cops when someone said we had paid for our food (which everyone still present already had) and that we were leaving. Wrote a long review because I still feel robbed and feel no customer service should ever be this way. We had money to pay our food, we all came with kids, we werenāt trying to steal food but we were treated like we were. Before we left I gathered ALL our plates and cups and tried to clean as much as possible because it was in fact a large party. Another server even thanked me for going out of my way to help. We were there to eat and have a good time not to take advantage of anybody. Donāt go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible horrible horrible visit! This location is severely understaffed. I went in with my father and kids for a late lunch (by no means a busy time.) We were sat but were never advised there would be a wait. After not being greeted for over 10 minutes, I decided to go back to the host stand and inquire if there was anyone that can take our order. The host then informed me there is only one server working and we would have to wait until he got to us. My father approached someone behind the bar who happened to be the āmanagerā and his attitude was NASTY. This was the most disrespectful and rude interaction Iāve had in a restaurant. If this is how the manager treats customers, I can only imagine how he treats his employees, hence the LACK OF. He came over to us to take our order, argued that we had not been waiting for as long as we said we were and proceeded to be condescending - so much so that I just had to call him out and ask why he was being so rude. We still stayed because it was my sonās birthday and he had been looking forward to this lunch. He got our drinks wrong but I didnāt bother mentioning it as he was already defensive enough. Towards the end of my meal, I went to pay and he comes back and loudly exclaims my card has been declined. It made no sense but by now, we were ready to go so I gave a quick alternate payment while I called my bank - who confirmed no payment was declined and that the restaurant processed and then credited me back the payment. This man was so petty that he felt compelled to try and embarrass me. This is disgusting behavior, and after reading several reviews online, this is not his first or last time doing this. As someone who has worked in the service industry, Iām very respectful and patient, specially once knowing thereās only one real employee responsible for all the tables. We really did not deserve this treatment. The only thing saving this BWW is the convenient location, as I can guarantee there are no regulars specifically...
