I guess I’ll be the first to leave a one-star review here. I really didn’t want to ruin your perfect rating, but I have to share my terrible experience with this place. I called to get my light bar installed and was very specific with the guy over the phone. He accepted the job, but when I brought the car in, they said, "Well, this isn't what I was told, but if you want, I can figure out the wiring and do it." I had no problem paying whatever they charged. I made it clear that this was urgent because everyone else in the area was busy. I didn't care if it cost $500 or $3000.
Time passed, and nothing happened. They contacted the company where the light bar was purchased and got the wiring diagram. I was promised the vehicle would be done in a couple of days with three guys working on it to speed things up. A week later, I called to check in, and it turned out they hadn’t even touched my car. Not at all. My car has a live camera, so I could see in real-time that no one even approached it or opened the door. They didn't even try. They just said, "Well, we can't promise you the quality job we usually do, so we have to pass." Are you serious? In one week? What if I hadn’t called for two weeks? Would you still be wasting my time?
Now, I have to pay double to another company 500 miles away because of you. Maybe you're great at tinting windows, installing remote start, and audio systems, but you suck at customer service. You completely neglected me as a customer. This is the worst experience I’ve had in 15 years. Highly recommended if you have plenty of...
Read moreI recently had my Chrysler 200 tinted at Legacy Tint and Audio, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I only give reviews when I feel they are necessary and I’m brutally honest.
From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch, professional, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. They helped me choose the perfect tint that fits both my style and local regulations. The quality of the work is amazing. They took the time to explain the care instructions and warranty, which shows how much they care about their customers long after the service is done.
I had all 4 roll down windows done, the back windshield, and a brow on the windshield. There are a few bubbles now, but I was told to keep it in the sun so that everything evaporates and they will go away. The main guy told me one of the windows didn’t meet his standards so they went back and redid that. They also did forget to put on the brow I paid for, but without hesitation or me even noticing they stopped the worker who brought it up to take it back and put it on. All this was done in about 3 hours.
The pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail I received. And honestly they were one of the most affordable places in the KC metro. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for quality window tinting and...
Read moreDidn't have a problem until I walked out. The brow I paid for (that you clearly can't see in the picture) was never installed. I had to go back into the business to inquire about the missing brow, which the employee then said he was talking to his coworker about. They let me go out the door, which I can only assume would be so I wouldn't notice the missing brow? I was shocked. They made good on their word, and I drove back up there a couple weeks later again and had them put on the brow which looks great. Unfortunately that's not the entire issue. If you have a Ford, talk to them before getting your back window tinted.. Apparently Fords have deep dimples on the back windshield, which prevents the tint from adhering properly. I had them redo it two times and both times it looked terrible. I wish I would have been made aware of these issues with my car before I committed to tinting, because I definitely would have figured out a different way to have it done. I'm pretty disappointed with the outcome of a brand new...
