I had them print numbers and logos on two sets of soccer jerseys for a few soccer teams I coach. The youth jerseys turned out great. I was disappointed, though, with the adult jerseys because they had put on 6 in. numbers rather than larger numbers which are standard for soccer jerseys. When I had ordered the printing I had failed to inquire as to what size the numbers were going to be, as I assumed they would put on the standard size for soccer. Now I know. Some of the two digit numbers were also not vertically aligned with each other. When I expressed my disappointment, the employees told me that they always put on 6 in. numbers unless told to do otherwise. I wished the size had been discussed earlier, and although I wished I had thought of it, I felt like this is something that would have been wise of the Ink Spot to bring up. Eventually Cal, the business owner, called me and although he defended his policy of defaulting to the 6 in. size, he wanted to make sure I came away happy. He offered to completely replace all the jerseys, and we eventually settled on splitting the cost when I offered to do so. I came away feeling like Cal had done his best to treat me fairly despite the fact that he didn't agree with my rationale for expecting a different standard size number for soccer jerseys. I had a terrible time working with this company. They originally told me my order would take 3-4 business days. It ended up taking twice that amount. They told me twice they would call and let me know when my order would be done. I had to call them to gather information. Each time I called, the lady that answered acted as if I was wrong and they were right. She was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I know that sounds dramatic and maybe ridiculous. Unfortunately, its not. The two times I called she asked me basic questions about my order that we had discussed the first time I dropped off my order. She was completely disorganized. It was clear they had not even started my order. The second and last time I contacted them they still had not started my order and acted as if they did. I directly asked her if they had started it. She finally admitted they hadn't. When I had one of my peers go to pick up the order, they were about to charge us for twice the amount. Then one of our items came back with gunk all over it. I went back to the store to see if I could get advice on how to clean it or get refunded for the messed up item and she argued with me and told me that I was being dramatic. She caused a scene and made me and my friend who was with me feel defensive and belittled. I was shocked....

Every year we order Family Reunion T-shirts from the INKSPOT. Every year our family has grown so that this past summer it was 64 persons. The logo: a tree composed of cookie people must be expanded each year with names of the new arrivals printed on each new cookie person. Amber always does this to perfection and with 100% accuracy. The tricky part is that on the back each shirt has the number of the person according to when they joined the family. So My husband is #1 and I am #2 and the latest baby will be # 64. This is not easy to print on each T-shirt as each person's number must be printed on a different size of shirt according to the size of person it represents. And our family goes from 4X to infants. Making things even more complicated, the surname of each family member is printed on the shoulder of every t-shirt on the back and there are 6 different surnames. We are always astonished at the gorgeous job the INKSPOT does with all of these complicating features. In addition to their beautiful and professional work, the t-shirts are just of the most modern fabrics and of the most silky and comfortable to wear ever.
