Hirsch + Timber — Local services in Pleasant Grove

I purchased most of my products in january and february and just received them. They gave me 3 barstools and 1 was a different size than the others. One of the taller ones had a leg that was shorter than the others. I purchased the nesting coffee tables, which were good quality and thick wood. I also purchased a dresser and tv stand. The tv stand they said was damaged in transit but really when you see it in person the wood just wasn’t cut properly so it sticks out more on the back of it on one side. The dresser was in good condition, although with minimal use the handles are falling apart and had to be super glued. Their customer service has been good and they did offer to pay for repair of the tv stand and offered me a gift card and free mirror, which was nice and I definitely appreciate. For the thousands of dollars I spent though I’m definitely disappointed.

UPDATE* It’s now september and I still have not received a barstool that I purchased in January. The one with the shorter leg-instead of giving me a new one they gave me a leg extender that I will have to pay someone to put onto the leg to fix. They sent me a shorter barstool than what I ordered so I have 1 that’s counter heigh, and 2 that are bar height. They said they would send me a new one but they haven’t. I received my coffee tables but after now having them for a couple months they are cracking a bunch. For the money there are places out there with better products, better attention to detail, and better chstomer service. I definitely wouldn’t purchase anything...

Less than 6 months from purchase of a table and bench I reached out to the company because both items had wood pieces that were separating from each other, despite having used both less than 10 times. The company responded back saying that it must be because of the humidity in the room, or because it is in a room with windows, neither of which were things that are discussed in the care of the product. My husband actually has a humidity sensor in our dining room, and monitors it regularly, so the levels were never extremely high or low. It is disappointing that after spending so much, there was no willingness to resolve the issue and I am left with a bench and table that I won't be able to use for much longer before it...
