Me and my little sisters frequent trampoline parks, and this review is our first time visiting Airborne specifically. I talked with them afterwards, and we all agreed we'd all rather try other businesses next time.
We were bothered pretty consistently by rules me and my little sisters found to be overbearing and even unclear in a few cases. Kinds of things that we never deal with at other similar facilities, but keep in mind this could have just been an issue with our individual visit.
Kids under ten aren't allowed on the playplace which is wayyyy too low of a cutoff for some of the families coming here: siblings like to play with each other, and I feel a more elegant solution is possible.
Their nitpicking on how your were supposed to climb the obstacle course seemed overbearing in my opinion. Let kids problem solve and find their own way across. A few of issues were also not indicated clearly through design, nor explicitly. 'Overprotective' comes to mind. Not what I like to feel at a jungle gym for kids, but that's understandable to a degree. I still think there's ways to find a middle ground.
Again, If that's how they wish to run their facility, fair enough. The staff who approached us were still very kind and professional, but there's plenty of other places that won't interrupt your kids play such as hangtime. Been there often and have never been bothered even once, and I'm able to play with my little sisters on most of their 'big' attractions.
If those things won't bother you, this is a fine place for a fun afternoon, but I'd say there's better options for your money.
