Date of Visit: 4/11/2019 OVERVIEW - 4.5 Came here as a company activity for work. It was actually quite fun. LOCATION - 3 It did take me a little while to get here after trying to figure it out from only glancing at Google Maps prior to come, and needless to say, I got lost, because I took a wrong turn, and did have to use the GPS to find my way here. PRICE - N/A Can't properly judge the price as the fee was paid by my work. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 The trampolines and other obstacles were a blast and appeared to be of high quality, and seemed like safety was their primary focus. POINTERS/PERKS - 5 I noticed that with socks I slipped and slid a bit on the trampolines, so maybe it might be better to go without socks. Also there are special deals per days including Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Also, if you're out as shape such as myself, you WILL be soar the next couple of days especially with the muscles in your back. EMPLOYEES - 5 The employees seemed friendly. Not only were there employees at the front desk, but they also had a few employees that were walking around on the floors making sure everyone was observing the rules and whatnot.

We take our 5 kids (18 mo to 11 yrs) here at least monthly and they love it. When punch passes go on sale we always stock up. They especially like going later at night when they shut off the lights and turn on the disco lights. I wish they’d do it earlier and more often. The massage chairs for adults are great but the lack of comfy seats on the main floor forces people to stay in them after their time expires so they beep and annoy everyone. My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is that it needs some TLC in a few places (picture). There have also been long periods where a large area of the floor has sat unused. I think they could get creative and do some fun things in these areas. They could also host special activities or themed nights on the weeknights when it’s less busy like giant dodgeball wars, dress up nights with costume contests, DJ nights, etc. Thanks Jaydin for keeping the place safe and looking over all the kids.

Logan is always extremely helpful and very kind. Fantastic employee. I would also like to add that airborne is such a fun place to go! It’s got something for the Littles. It’s got something for kids and it’s got stuff for adult adults. Ninja courses of every level pretty much ! Such a great way to let out your kids energy after school! I also use this place as a reward system for my kids. If my kids get up and get ready on time for school and go to school with no fuss and do their best, they can enjoy a few hours of jump time after school. They have a spectacular deal going on. One pass for unlimited jumps through throughout the week and two hours on Saturdays is only 25!!! For the whole entire month!! So of course, I got both of my kids and myself one! So hurry, jump on this amazing deal!

Me and my little sisters frequent trampoline parks, and this review is our first time visiting Airborne specifically. I talked with them afterwards, and we all agreed we'd all rather try other businesses next time.

We were bothered pretty consistently by rules me and my little sisters found to be overbearing and even unclear in a few cases. Kinds of things that we never deal with at other similar facilities, but keep in mind this could have just been an issue with our individual visit.

Kids under ten aren't allowed on the playplace which is wayyyy too low of a cutoff for some of the families coming here: siblings like to play with each other, and I feel a more elegant solution is possible.

Their nitpicking on how your were supposed to climb the obstacle course seemed overbearing in my opinion. Let kids problem solve and find their own way across. A few of issues were also not indicated clearly through design, nor explicitly. 'Overprotective' comes to mind. Not what I like to feel at a jungle gym for kids, but that's understandable to a degree. I still think there's ways to find a middle ground.

Again, If that's how they wish to run their facility, fair enough. The staff who approached us were still very kind and professional, but there's plenty of other places that won't interrupt your kids play such as hangtime. Been there often and have never been bothered even once, and I'm able to play with my little sisters on most of their 'big' attractions.

If those things won't bother you, this is a fine place for a fun afternoon, but I'd say there's better options...

We have visit this trampoline park many times and even had a family membership over the winter. After our latest visit I do not see us coming back. I have 5 sons for 90 minutes it was around 90.00. For spending that much money I would expect everything to be open and for my kids to use.

The 10 year old cut off for the play place is too young in my opinion as others have stated as well. There is 2 entrances so many kids would try and sneak in that way without getting caught if they were above the age so it was luck. While I was in there with my 5 year son teenagers were playing tag yet my 11 year old was told no right at the entrance several times.

They also have a wipe out inflatable course. my 11 year old was looking forward to since he was to old for the play place. However we were told they stop running this at 7!!! Nowhere on their website does it mention this, No discount was given either for it not running. A similar situation happened with the wipeout course on our last visit as well which i understood thinking it was a one time thing. However it now seems this is their normal operation without letting any customers know. There reason has been both times the employees have to clean and do other things And can’t be running it.

I believe this is unacceptable and if this is normal operation, discounted pricing, and having it known to customers beforehand needs to happen. There are many other trampoline parks out there to visit, Do yourself a favor, save your money and...

Do not sign up for the membership. Employees lack consistency of discounts and benefits information of the membership.

I was told by 5 different employees on different days the following which are untrue. I could purchase additional tickets for family members at discounted rate. I could purchase Labyrinth admission at discounted rate. Parties are booked at 30% off (shady sales tactic of spinning 10% off +2 extra members) Visit both locations with the same membership.

On top of that I am not able to even use the membership number for booking a party. The website said 'the membership is unavailable for discount' for the airborne park.. So the birthday plans were abolished the day before. I was told IN STORE I had to book it online.

These benefits for both parks in the same building need to be distinguished IN HOUSE. That is where you are sold these memberships.. There is no reason for me to visit your website in front of 'trained employees'.

I then asked if, 'We could cancel without being charged the full 3 months'. I then received notice that all accounts were cancelled and we will be billed for the additional months.

Edit: The employees disclosed this info. In-house you're talking with people and not looking at the website. Does anyone look at the website when they are face-to-face with an employee? There is no disclosure given to you at the time of signup. Just the employees word and your...
