I went to google to check the time of closing because I work 30 min away. I made sure to leave a bit early since 7:30pm was listed as the time Anastasia closes. I am Moving and have a lot of nice clothes I’m purging. I get there at 6:50pm and waited for 10 minutes for the girl to come and merrily tell me (as I’m Holding 2 large hefty bags full of jeans) that they don’t buy clothes unless you get there 30 minutes before close. Which I was according to their information. So I said it’s only 7. And she said oh we close at 7. She said she knows that what it says online but they close at 7:00pm. So now I have gone way out of my way dragging these two heavy bags and she’s basically laughing . The way she was so happy to tell me that I came for nothing due to their own mistake and she was rude and condescending. I will be donating to goodwill. Not worth the $15 they would have offered me if I was “on time “ . This could have been handled in a nicer maybe even apologetic way. I won’t be back. They are overpriced already add rude and condescending about their error …....

The store is huge worth going to. Lots of good finds BUT the female front end manager with the long black hair and bangs was not helpful and said she did not know where the section was that had track sets. She also went on to say I just ring. Not a smile and not a thank you. You work in an industry where you sell used clothing and everything is maticiously sectioned off at this store by item and brand name and you manage the store yet you know none of your product. I would rather go to the Berkeley location where they are versed and know their floor and are...

What is the point of this store if your employees don’t wanna work the little bit of hours that they are open? They are closed 4 days a week, yet we show up at 530 on a Sunday and they are already closed. Big sign on the door that says they are open until 630 and the employees tell me sorry we are leaving early because no one was coming in yet I was there and another person pulled up after me and other employee laughs as I’m walking away. Should have just kept that building closed or hired someone older than 15 who doesn’t mind working. Trash....
