There is some confusion as to when this place closes because of the “machine cleaning”. The internet indicates 8:30 pm but 8 pm is when the machines are supposedly being cleaned. The staff were extremely rude and when asked to speak with the manager the manager defended her rude staff member. I’m all for standing up for your staff but when you’re young and you have poor work ethic it just doesn’t work that way. I have been coming here for years so it’s a shame to be treated so poorly. I do understand mopping floors and being manager of a frozen yogurt shop can be frustrating during these crazy times

An update: I am not sure how to privately message and discuss this further. I called the store yesterday and asked for the owner and was greeted by the same store manager. I am not sure why she is so abrupt and terrible. Truly. As a professional in the community it is baffling. We are taken aback why it all started with being yelled at to get out of the shop because it closed early for cleaning even though the lit “open” sign was on. We watched it happen to an elderly lady walking in with a cane as well. The manager said the machine cleaning happened random nights so she could not tell us which specific nights the shop closes early. If this is truly the owner reading this I will leave one last comment: speaking with friends about the issue they have acknowledged this place has changed for the worst already and have told me there is a yogurtland down the street they’d rather take their families to. The frozen yogurt quality is almost the same, but the staff is no-nonsense friendly and it closes at 10 pm. They agreed that is was sad this place is just not the same. Sad....

Omg I regretted so much to have entered here. The girl with black hair was so rude. She never said welcome or hi or anything, she just have this face 😡. She looks like she is disappointed to work there . And there were just 3 machines available because all others machines were out of order.

I asked the girl about one of the machines that was working and suddenly stopped and she was rude and said the yogurt was too cold and didn’t try to do something else to fix it. What is going on with this place !? This used to be my absolute favorite place to go and get frozen yogurt . I’ve been coming here since it opened! Everytime I go now the place is absolutely filthy , trash all over the floor inside and outside, dirt all over the floor and covered in toppings. The people behind the counter are so unfriendly and rude. They’re always out of order machines. I just went in there for the second time this week and more machines are out of order and the topping area is a mess! It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned up in days.
