Highly recommended!!!🧋 Definitely the best milk tea space in Bay Area! It was open inside 168 Market in Fremont before and now moved to this new place! All the tea base is freshly brewed to order. Half sugar and less ice is my go to combination. If you prefer stronger flavor, I would definitely recommend extra tea. The tea fragrance is elegant and solid. You can see the staff brewing your cup of tea right away, which you barely can find in other milktea shop and makes this place outstanding. It is not a chain business, so I would have to drive 30min for this, but I think it worth the quality and the price is so reasonable. I would definitely...

Looks like Tea Island is expanding and opening another location. They have one in Fremont by Warm Springs Blvd. Pros: Free Parking; inexpensive drinks; lots of varieties; teas have a lot of flavor if you select no sugar; you can choose the amount of sweetness and temperature.
