Berry Delight — Local services in Pleasanton

Very bad customer service and clearly they manipulate their scales! I got barely what resembled quarter of a scoop for my 6 year old and their scale showed I had almost 14 oz - when I argued about it, the 3 employees there were very rude and started making fun as if I didn't understand what I'm talking about. It's not about the money I paid, it's about the fact that this company does not train its employees how to talk to customers - hopefully you are not screwing every single customer...

The vibe was alright here. I was eating my yogurt until I saw a middle aged man with white hair babbling about "power" and "motivation." He must be the manager or something. This place yogurt is so good even a devil may cry! I also got to see the dude in a blue coat fight another white haired dude in a red trench coat. He said that the strawberry sundae was better. Great...

Great place, I honestly love the feel and aroma. However, there was one annoying customer who would just sit there asking if they had the special. He kept cutting in line while muttering the phrase "I need more of this power". I also got hit in the head with his sword.
