I travel quite often for my Marketing, Social Media and Restaurant rating business and I’ve been to PLENTY of Outbacks and I am entirely certain this is the one to avoid the most. Eat elsewhere. Terrible experience. The first drink that was brought to me (Lavender Cocktail) which I’ve had PLENTY of times had literally zero alcohol contents in it. To which the waiter (Older white lady) stated “Well I watched him pour and make it soo…”. Huh? The drink had 1 sip taken from it. If a customer is dissatisfied with the drink you offer to exchange or recommend something differently. Not appose the issue towards the actual customer. To keep my Review that will be publicized clean I offered to also pay for the drink that I was dissatisfied with and ordered another (a long island) which was fine. The bloomin Onion and Steak that came out (Porterhouse) was extremely salty. So salty that you could assume it was done purposely from how salty it was. The picture showed is exactly how the Onion was after we left. Uneatable. The Pasta showed had absolutely no Alfredo Sauce as my Co-worker only was able to scoff down the Shrimp just like the picture shows. Steak was cooked Rare when asked for Medium Rare. Absolutely red from outside to core. The RECEIPT I received was blank due to the Machine being broken and I had to pretty much demand one which I ALSO uploaded a pic of. After asking for the Bill after being there for about 20-30 minutes the Waiter seen all the food on the table to its entirety and did NOT ask if I had issues with the food and could read our expressions of dissatisfaction but could care less. But was quick to pass me the “Tipping” screen when I swiped my card. Crazy. Read moreSad that our local store is consistently the worst location we have ever been to. Whether it’s over 15 minutes to just get drinks, when they aren’t busy-it’s happened more than several times. And I mean 15 plus minutes after we order drinks. We no longer go in for meals for just this issue alone. Then there are wrong food orders, a missing plate from a table of 10 that literally gets there about the time everyone else has finished. It’s been an ongoing issue at this location since probably about roughly 3 years after it opened. So several years of issues! Way before Covid or staffing issues. Several new managers over the years and it still manages to disappoint. They can’t even get take out right anymore. One time, within a couple months of today, everyone ordered the same meal for takeout but just got different sides, wrong. Like wrong and missing sides? Several didn’t get dressings. I will give management some credit, when we mention issues they usually try to offset the cost(but not always) but something about this location just can’t get things together. One manager actually argued with me about my order. I ordered medium cooked steak. Waiter wrote well done. It came well. Manager opted to take waiters word and refused to offer any discount. Offered to recook but another time food would have came out when everyone else was done. I went home hungry from not eating anything but a few fries.(This was years ago and after I complained to corporate, he wasn’t there long afterwards) Not looking for a reply or free stuff. Love the food, just not this location. Y’all got work to do before you lose more customers. We no longer use this location except and only when someone else is paying and only if it’s at my house for takeout so when something is wrong I still have food options. Read moreUpdate 2025 Better experience than the previous one in the past 4 weeks I have returned twice... Almost same items from the menu, with some difference in presentation. The service still need some work, specially at the welcome station the past 2 times there is no one at the front and I had to wait to be welcomed and seated. The server today nice, polite and attentive. What I didn't liked was the food was out before my drink. Other than that food was good. Dessert was gigantic, couldn't finished it.
UPDATE 2/2024 We were a party of 5, they brought the appetizers about 15 minutes after order, I order my beef medium, I received a hard well done, my friend order a well done steak she received medium rare, she send it back to received another one, we all finished eating, even my child including a desert, we never were offered water or soda refill and the steak never made it back to the table. When finally server came around I told her we still waiting on the steak her response was I'm aware, we asked for the check and left. That was WORST service I got from this restaurant.
