Avoid this place like the plague.
Their customers basically teach the employees/owners how to use/fix/clean their vapes. They seriously have no idea what they're doing.
They only sell 3rd party immitations of brand names and will admit to it, but claim, "They are the only store that carries quality immitations."
I opened up an online site offering their exact product for no lie 1/5th of what they were charging and they said: "Oh I know that site it's a scam they'll send you parts from china."
Talking straight out of their asses to make a sale.
Don't try and return anything if it breaks either. I spent $200 on a Mod that they specifically told me was "indestructable."
Less than 2 hours later my new mod got so hot that it literally burned my hand. Aparently some small piece in the tank was warped and causing the battery to ark.
Being a year+ long customer and spending over $2,000 I figured they could help me with my problem.
I went in with my boyfriend and said Hi this is burning my hand and not working, I just bought it.
The evil woman/co-owner immediately got snippy with me, accusing me of tampering with it. Saying it was my fault and "No one would ever give a refund for something like this."
I wasn't asking for a refund! I just wanted help! I had just spent over $200!! And I hadn't done anything to it, they filled it for me at the shop and I hadn't even had to refill it yet. I've been using vapes for two years and know what I'm doing.
So a CUSTOMER comes in and says oh that looks like a MANUFACTUR DEFECT in my opinion. But then the owner shoots him a look and he's suddenly switches to: OOOH wait this was tampered with.
Unbelievable. They ended up refusing to help me out even though it turns out the piece I needed costs FIVE DOLLARS.

I was absolutely blown away by the customer service and amount of knowledge the staff had about every device they sold. Their juice selection and the way they present their menus in the shop was very impressive as well. No other vapeshop I have been to has every juice they sell with the flavor profile listed out in an easy to read menu format. Every other shop I've been to just throws you the companies menu and tells you to read through it. At The VapeWay you can take your time looking through the menus as the staff guides you to juices they think will fit your vaping needs. Read moreWorst vape shop ive ever been to. Firstly, everything is way over priced, you can buy an ego e-cig on ebay for 10 dollars and they charge you $70 for two. The liquid is overpriced so they can afford renting the spot, and i have wasted over $400 at this store over 2 years for things that no longer work.
Secondly, the employees are extremely rude (mainly the owners). They REFUSE to accept returns if an e cig has been used or an atomizer, refusing to believe that the product was faulty, which it has been...many times.
On the other hand at places in boston, i have been given 1 year warranties for their products and their e-cigs are HALF the price.
