This is such an amazing spot to stand and look over the rock and Plymouth Harbor. While in town this is a must see and a great photo opportunity. If you have binoculars bring them if not you can use the ones that they provide. I really enjoyed the view on my last visit.

If you’re at the rock, turn around and take a short trek up the stairs to the statue. A beautiful view of the ocean and skies above and a moment to contemplate the relationship of the Native Americans and the Puritans as they settled awaits.

This statue on Cole’s Hill is often overlooked, but is a very important piece of history. The pilgrims would not have survived without Massasoit so pay him a visit. He is near the pilgrims’ bones and overlooks the water.
