I recently purchased my new 14 from the TCC Laporte location and although I received very friendly, professional help, after three returning visits seeking help with feature & technical issues I was having, I was unable to get resolve so I lost confidence with the technical savvy I was receiving at that location. After discussing my issues with other Verizon customers they highly recommended I try seeking help from a staff member by the name of Austin Alonso at the Plymouth TCC location. I’m so happy I did! Honestly, Austin’s knowledge, and help far exceeded my expectations, I was able to trade up & purchase my new 14 max and he took the time to sync my new Apple Watch as well. She reminded me of a swan moving gracefully on the water surface while underwater she was paddling like hell. The store was full with six customers. She was a multitasking pro supporting me and two others at the same time. Sam had great knowledge and was able to fix complicated problems with my contacts that didn't transfer 2 days ago when I bought a new phone. The Spotify music that would did not transfer issues with text messages, going to my old phone, etc. Sam even went to my car and fixed all my contacts that did not sync properly. I strongly recommend a compensation review for her. I assume she might not be getting paid enough for the value she brings to Verizon and TCC. Read moreI was charged, but not told the price of, $50 for a liquid glass screen protector after being told screen protectors for the $1400 phone I was purchasing did not exist due to the biometric fingerprint lock/scanner on the screen. She did not install the liquid glass screen properly. She was on the phone while doing so. She applied it and immediately picked it up instead of letting it dry and sit for 5-10 minutes, and put the case on the phone and handed it to me. There were scratches on the screen shortly after, despite being told it was scratch resistant. I'm extremely upset. I went t I walmart and bought a screen protector for the phone for $12 and am able to use the on screen fingerprint sensor just fine, there's a setting on the phone for it. The girl charged me (extremely overpriced) for a product without telling me the price and then installed it wrong. Just wrong...
